Breathe in deeply,
And as you exhale,
Imagine a balloon deflating,
And like the air leaving that balloon,
Your thoughts are draining away.
All the thoughts that brought you to this moment are set free,
So that you can come back to reality.
Breathe deeply,
Allowing that wave of release to begin down in your toes,
And move up through your feet,
And your calves,
And your knees,
Hips,
Your fingers,
Arms,
Heart space.
This wave of letting go travels up through your shoulders and neck.
Your jaw muscles relax,
As it moves up through your brow,
And out the top of your head,
Breathing.
That wave of release now falls back down,
Like rainwater,
And cascades over the contours of your body,
And brings you into a deep,
Clear presence.
Now bring your attention to each breath in,
And the awareness that divine energy is riding in on that breath,
Filling your lungs,
Dropping down into your abdomen.
Breathing through you,
Radiating out into your arms and legs,
And bringing spaciousness to your entire body temple.
This home of the soul,
Having a human experience called you.
Breathing in spirit,
Gratefully accepting the gift of life in each breath.
With each breath comes a remembering that you are a brilliant,
Divinely crafted miracle.
And this fact switches on your awareness of the spirit within.
All notion of separation fades away.
Breathing into spirit,
Spirit breathing into you,
And how grateful we are to come home.
How grateful we are to accept the gift of life in each breath.
How grateful we are to be in this energetic partnership with spirit.
To be an emanation of higher power.
To co-create this life,
And be a unique expression of the divine universal intelligence that created all of it.

To see the loving essence in those who are less aware,
Caught up in the world of appearance,
Fear,
Judgment.

We know better than to become entangled in a victim game.
We know the most powerful choice is to love.
