Exhale your anxiety. Inhale new revitalzing energy. Inhale energy, exhale love. Remeber with each breath, you are powerful, you are in control, you are one with everything. An opportunity to reset is always just a breath away.

Hello beautiful and welcome to your guided meditation.

I invite you to begin by finding a comfortable seated position.

And wherever you are,

Perhaps at work,

Perhaps at home,

I invite you to remember that this is your time to just relax.

So let's go ahead and inhale deeply in through the nose,

Taking any anxiety,

Sleepiness,

Tiredness,

Anything no longer serving you.

Inhale it deeply,

Holding at the top of the breath.

Three,

Two,

One,

Exhale audibly out the mouth.

Feels good,

Right?

Let's try it again.

Inhale deeply,

Taking any emotions,

Any sleepiness,

Anything no longer serving you,

Searching out into the body,

Gathering it in with the inhalation.

Three,

Two,

One,

Exhaling it out the mouth.

One more time,

Inhaling deeply,

Drawing your shoulders up to your ears,

Holding everything,

Squeezing the body tight,

Tight,

Tight.

Three,

Two,

One,

Exhale and relax.

And then I invite you to go ahead and close the mouth and just begin to initiate a restful cadence of breath in through the nose and out the nose.

Just imagine with each breath,

You are inhaling energy.

And with each exhalation,

You are exhaling love.

Perhaps this next inhalation,

You are inhaling energy.

And with this next exhalation,

You are exhaling peace.

Reminding ourselves that happiness is a state of mind,

That peace comes from inside,

That we are in control,

And that by doing this simple practice of reconnecting with the breath,

We give ourselves an opportunity to slow everything down.

Bringing your hands to heart center,

Begin rubbing your palms together,

Creating that heat and light within.

Take those palms,

Clasp them over your eyes,

Take another big inhalation in through the nose.

Exhale audibly out the mouth.

Reach those arms up overhead and opening your eyes.
