And let your breath settle into a natural,
Casual rhythm,
Inhaling for a count of three or four,
And exhaling for the same count.
Listen to the sounds around you.
Feel your heart.
Observe the colors and textures behind your closed eyelids.
In between the something you're aware of,
You can catch a glimpse of nothing.
Between everywhere,
There's nowhere.
Let go and dive into the nothingness,
Letting go of everything.
From this void,
You'll connect to everything and every time.
And find yourself yesterday,
That loving,
Caring version of you who brought you to life,
Gave their time,
Energy,
Intention,
And awareness as a gift to you.

Embody that aspect of yourself that opens conduits of love linking past,

To this body,

Realities and potentials flicker in and out of your awareness.
All potentials are accessible now.

You belong.
You intentionally nourish and strengthen the relationships you have.
Notice the pure feeling of love.
Radiate the joy it brings.
Relax into this joyous flow of affection and connection.
And now follow the thread of possibility that leads toward your target.
