Settle into the moment,

Get comfortable,

And close your eyes.

Begin by breathing in and out through your nose.

Take one deep cleansing breath,

Hold at the top,

And as you exhale,

Take all the time you need.

There's no rush at all.

Take another deep cleansing breath,

Hold at the top.

As you exhale,

Slowly,

Find something to cherish about this moment,

Perhaps the clarity of your thoughts.

Finally,

Take a third deep cleansing breath,

Hold at the top,

And as you exhale through your nose,

Savoring your breath,

Allow yourself to relish your ability to experience and observe.

Let your breath settle into a natural,

Casual rhythm,

Inhaling for a count of three or four and exhaling for the same count.

Listen to the sounds around you.

Feel your body with vivid clarity.

Observe the colors and textures behind your closed eyelids.

Notice that between the something you're aware of,

You can catch a glimpse of nothing.

Before every when,

Between everywhere,

There's nowhere and no time.

Dive into this nothingness,

Letting go of everything,

And from this void,

You'll connect to everything and every time.

Find yourself in yesterday.

Bring them into clear focus with your vivid memory.

They gave their time,

Energy,

Intention,

And awareness as a gift to you.

It's time to thank them.

Embody that aspect of yourself that opens conduits of energy,

Linking the past,

Present,

And future.

Thank yourself and give yourself clarity,

Ideas,

Love,

Forgiveness,

Or simply spend a few moments with that incredible being,

Whatever you clearly remember needing.

Return now to the present,

To this body,

And take a moment to journal and reflect how your intention manifested yesterday.

Now set your clear and focused intention for today.

Close your eyes once more.

Take one deep,

Intentional breath and hold at the top.

As you exhale through your nose,

Taking your time,

Reconnect with that infinitely empty void within and through you.

Realities and potentials flicker in and out of your awareness.

All possibilities are accessible now.

There's a potential for profound mental clarity where you can solve problems with ease,

Remember with precision,

And think critically.

Connect to the ultimate potential for intelligence,

For wisdom,

And for intuition.

Feel the possibility of thinking with ease.

Notice the feeling of mental sharpness,

Radiating the confidence it brings.

Relax into this flow of confident cognition and follow now the thread of possibility that leads toward your target and find yourself sitting for this practice tomorrow.

You might notice yourself noticing yourself as you travel one day into the future.

This is you,

Your body,

Your breath,

Your thoughts,

And memories.

Feel the emotions of being one day ahead with a mind that's sharper,

More focused,

And insightful.

Explore how your memory has improved,

How your focus has deepened,

And how your critical thinking has been enhanced.

Relax into the expanded mind you're manifesting.

This is a good and worthy desire.

And before returning,

See yourself one day in the past,

Meditating,

Linked to your future self.

Give thanks to that clever being generously gifting their time and energy to bring you into existence out of all the infinite possibilities that could have been just one day in the future.

Now come back to this time,

To this body,

To this breath.

Capture this experience in your journal,

Reflect on your day,

And importantly,

Commit to bringing one element from your vision into reality.

Gain trust through time.
