So we again make sure that you're in a comfortable place and today I do invite you to be in a seated position or maybe even a standing position.
A position that is upright and you can stand your ground or sit in your seat.
We're going to create a little bit of heat,
A little fire in the body,
Just a little bit of a Kalibati breath,
A fire breath.
So when you begin it'll be a little forceful exhale out,
A sharp exhale out and just let the breath come in as it comes in and it'll sound like this.
So you're forcing the exhale out and using your power of your abdominals to help you force that exhale out.
So take a deep breath in,
Deep exhale out,
Heart way in and begin.
Keep breathing,
Keep the forceful exhale out and then let it go.
Slow it down.
Let the exhales become longer and now softer until your breath comes back to its natural state and notice what you notice here now.
A little bit more energy in the body.
How does it feel to stand or sit in this body here now?
Can there be a gentle,
Ever so gentle softening of that experience?
We're going to come to the Kalibati breath one more time.
Deep breath in,
Deep exhale out,
Heart way in and begin.
And start to slow it down until the exhales become longer and flow back into its natural state.
What has shifted again?
And as you observe the energy of your body here now,
Who are you here now?
Whatever story wants to unfold,
Let it unfold.
Who are you here now?
What is the action of this person,
This being that you are?
What is this action that is calling you forward?
This could be your purpose,
A calling to action.
As you stand or sit fully present in the experience of you,
Who are you now?
And how are you being called forward to step into your purpose,
Your calling?
Allow yourself to sit in this call,
Listen to it.
As you listen,
What is just the next step?
What is just the next step?
Take a few more breaths,
Sitting or standing fully present in the body,
The being that you are.
What is here for you now?
What is here for you now?
