All of you have permission to come into your hearts and be your real selves. It is your birthright as a human being to know you belong here, are welcome here on earth. We all need your presence here; without it, we are bereft of the gift you came here to bring. Premasudha acknowledges that speaking the truth from the heart takes courage, but also points out that the more we love and accept ourselves, the more we can speak in a way that people can hear. They feel the love, which, like honey, helps the medicine go down more easily. The Emperor's New Clothes is a well-loved fairytale that points to the power of one individual - in this case, a child- speaking the truth and awakening the group. We all know the truth underneath, which is why the fairytale has been beloved for centuries.

You have permission to come into your heart and to come from the heart,

And may Amma's grace,

Creator's grace,

The angelic grace to support you.

Okay,

And all of you take that message,

Please,

All of you,

Because this is what's facing us.

Okay,

Blessings,

Thanks.

Yeah,

Please,

All of you,

That's for all of you.

You know,

It's like the little child sometimes in the Emperor's new clothes,

You know.

You know the story,

And the Emperor's been hoodwinked,

And he's been told that he's got these new clothes,

But he's walking along naked,

And everybody's clapping,

And this little child goes,

But he's not wearing any clothes.

And the more you love and accept yourself,

The more you can speak the truth and pop people's balloons in a way without them getting mad.

The key is to love and accept yourself.

Cheer up,

All of you.

Some of you are struggling to struggle.

You're loved.

It's all right.

Feel the sunshine.

It's just the head making a big labyrinth.

It's very simple.

It's love.

Yeah,

Please,

You guys,

Love yourselves.

Why do I deny myself love? Something to journal about later. 🙏🏻 Thank you.
