This feels like a big video to me and it's a story of someone who's touched my heart a lot and it's also the story of how human beings,
We can overcome virtually any obstacle and I feel like it's very timely because it seems that,
You know,
There's a whole kind of thought coming in that human beings aren't much and that we're kind of faulty machines and it overlooks the fact that,
You know,
In my experience we're eternal beings in human form and when that is activated in us miracles can occur and seemingly impossible challenges can be solved and,
You know,
Fairy tales talk about this kind of thing where there's a great challenge and it's solved by the hero and heroine,
You know,
During,
Actually solved by the elves and the fairies who are helping the hero and heroine and that's what it's like in real life if we activate this more magical aspect of ourselves.
I mean I think it's telling that fairy tales are almost discouraged nowadays when they are pointing to this magical quality that all of us have available to us.
I mean on one hand it's our subconscious that,
You know,
Works over time to solve problems for us,
You know,
Just like the elves and the fairies but on another level it's our soul energy that will just,
When it's activated,
When it's allowed in,
It just will solve all obstacles and,
You know,
My experience of this,
First of all,
Early,
Was my son's miracle healing from leukemia.
I mean that was,
The miracle healing took three years so it was three solid years of living the experience of something being healed seemingly acausally,
Like impossibly.
I mean he was terminal and the leukemia started to recede.
And of course it was love or soul energy that solved it in my experience.
But anyway,
I mean,
This seems like just a very simple thing to me but I understand in our culture nowadays with an increasingly linear viewpoint that is becoming more and more normal to just expect,
To move into despair and hopelessness.
So you know,
Especially when we're growing emotionally,
Despair and hopelessness can come up as our ego tries to sort of keep us in what it considers the safe paddock but it's not safe at all.
I want to tell you the story about Aaron,
Okay,
Because he's an example of what I'm talking about.
Now Aaron was born and grew up in India and he came from a very poor family and his dad drank and so there was emotional abuse,
Violence and,
You know,
No money and obviously a very unpredictable set up.
Anyway Aaron had wanted to be a doctor since the time he was little and when he graduated he stayed true to that,
Stayed true to his heart,
The glimmerings of his heart.
And he put an ad on Facebook and asked for a backer to pay for his training and indeed a wealthy American stepped forward and agreed to do that.
His next obstacle was to get into a medical school which was competitive all over the world and Aaron didn't get in.
But he kept looking around and he found a medical school in China that would accept him.
Okay,
So this obviously required not only,
You know,
Solving or receiving,
Like mastering all the knowledge that comes to students is fed to them but also mastering it while you're learning in Chinese.
And Aaron did that.
He passed and his sponsor paid for it and paid for two air tickets back to India a year so he could see his family.
I mean it's just pure grace.
So it seems like good news.
But you know life,
So another challenge came and that is,
You know,
Or that was that Aaron had to take an exam to practice as a doctor in India.
It makes sense if you've got training from somewhere else that there's some kind of measurement of your proficiency.
So Aaron took the exam and failed and he took the exam again and failed.
The good news is in India you don't have to take it,
You don't have to pass it in three times or any limit like that.
You could keep taking it for decades and that saved Aaron because he took it again and he failed again.
But finally after three years he passed and he became a practicing doctor.
I just want to tell you this because our souls have their dreams and it's really our souls have our dreams,
The dreams we had about life before we came.
If we open the door to the possibility that our dreams can come true then our soul is given room to maneuver to make our dreams come true.
And it's hair raising sometimes when you're following because the path,
When you step out like that and follow your soul,
The path is not clear.
You kind of make your path as you go along by listening to your guidance and praying and following.
So it can be hair raising but you know if you don't step out and do that life is still hair raising.
And you know as I used to think to myself about my own life is that I knew that if I stepped out and followed my heart I at least had a chance of the life I came here to live rather than you know just repeating the old patterns that I'd grown up with because I really knew that if I didn't step out and follow this very strong heart feeling I had that I would just repeat and I knew the patterns would even get worse because if you've had the call and you turn away you know that's not the way to go.
If you have the glimmerings of the courage because remember like the impossible dream just seems impossible to our egos or our limited minds but really you know the impossible dream if it's coming from your soul it will inevitably occur if you just open the door to the possibility that it can happen and allow yourself to be shown.
Okay bless your hearts.
Bless your dear hearts.
