The spiritual journey has its challenges, but as Premasudha reminds us, we must do whatever is needed to uplift ourselves along the way. One powerful way to clear fear is to take a 'snapshot' of our situation—not just with our eyes, but with our heart. When we feel the deep sorrow of how we are trapped in fear, it dissolves! If you want to know how far along you are in the journey, notice and then "be with" the results of the actions you take.

To clear fear of vulnerability or any fear is to like take a photograph of it.

Like it you know it's happening say the situation you take a photograph of it like you're just like you're a photographer you step back you you take a photograph of it and you watch it and you feel the great sorrow at being so hostage to fear in this situation.

And about how this happens all the time and how this cast a pall over your life in feeling the deep sorrow of it and if you do that the fear will clear.

Yeah whatever action you take look at the results do you like the results or do you dislike them if you dislike them then you learn from the situation and if you like the results that affirms that you're on the right track.
