A teacher I met along the way said that the really lucky kids were the ones who learned how to give over in their childhood and to give over with a sense that,
You know,
There really was a God and that God was going to help them.
And over the years,
I've thought how right that is.
So if we weren't taught that as kids,
And I certainly wasn't,
We can build it.
We can build it in.
You know,
Even if we've had religious training,
It doesn't necessarily hold.
I know a woman who lost her faith on her deathbed.
So the real way to build faith in is to,
In my experience,
Is to come back to the innocence of a child,
Basically,
And speak to God from that.
Even if you don't really think there is a God,
You could explain the situation that you do need help with your problems,
But that you don't really believe in God,
But you're willing to,
But you need some proof.
And then go ahead with your giving over your difficulties and see what happens.
And keep a journal because lots of times,
In my experience,
Our prayers are answered,
But we,
You know,
Sometimes it's been quite a few months or even years after we prayed about it.
So we've kind of forgotten that we ever gave it over.
And also it just becomes our new normal.
We get a bit blase in my experience.
It's like,
Yeah,
Meh.
Yeah,
Okay.
You know,
My dream came true,
But now it's kind of just normal and ordinary.
So the journal and seeing proof that your prayers answered and then remembering saying thank you,
Because really in my experience,
It's like,
Think of a parent,
Like who with a child,
The child that says,
Hey,
Gee,
Thank you.
The parent,
You know,
Feels warm inside with that.
You know,
God is far beyond our humanity,
But still the principle of expressing gratitude for the gifts that we get.
It actually keeps our heart open when we live like that.
And that's the key to receiving is having a soft open heart.
So remember gratitude.

All these things that I'm talking about have taken me decades.
So I'm putting them out on YouTube in hope of receiving you guys,
You know,
Years so you can cut to the chase.
But in my experience,
God exists and we're listened to and what's in our highest good we will receive.
And what we don't receive,
It's because it wasn't in our highest good.
Or you know,
We're blocking it in some way.
So you can just pray that you don't block it,
You know,
Pray for any resistance to your dreams coming true.
Pray that it melts as gently as easily as possible.
And then be prepared to do experience and clear your resistance be be prepared for your resistance to be shown to you.
And then,
You know,
Give it over.
The spiritual master,
You know,
Gives everything over basically.
The Christ said of myself,
I can do nothing.
That's about it.
