Studies are showing that adolescents are feeling more & more hopeless. Looking out at a world with mass shootings; wars; climate disruption; agricultural threats; no wonder the future looks grim. Not only adolescents are asking: What is the point of all of this? What are we meant to do here? Premasudha tells us of the answer she discovered during her long arduous trek from the head into the heart and spiritual liberation. Music Credit: Audrey Causilla, Piano

It's to love,

That's the whole point,

To love,

To love yourself first,

And to love everybody else in all of life,

That's it.

That's it.

And that brings enormous peace after the battles of the ego are done.

Because the ego doesn't want to love.

It was built on fear,

It doesn't even know about love.

That's why on the journey you have to take it on faith that love exists.

Because your ego is keeping you from experiencing the love that you are.

The more you give up your ego,

The more you experience love.
