What Secret Does Your Little Child Within Want You To Know?

Okay,

There are some threads from yesterday that I just want to sort of weave in before we start.

When I was talking to a Satsang member,

I saw a World War I pilot,

And this,

I feel,

Had to do with her past life and everything.

So this is also,

I was encouraging you to trust your perceptions,

But it's a really important point.

I want you to trust your perceptions with a scientific attitude,

Because sometimes when we glance at somebody,

Or even doing healing work,

If you're getting a perception like this,

A very subtle perception,

It could be contaminated by your ego,

You see?

Like when you're in the process of clearing,

You might be seeing your own ego rather than the person.

So for instance,

I was walking down the street,

And I saw a woman holding a small child,

But then I looked again,

And she wasn't holding the child.

So at this point,

I'm pretty secure that either she was thinking about this child in some level,

Or was missing this child,

But now the perceptions that come are true.

In the old days,

They would be contaminated by my ego.

So I used to,

With any perception I had,

I would hold it loosely and just kind of do the empirical evidence test,

However I could,

So that I could see whether it was my ego or whether it was true.

It's like living with all your perceptions,

But you take a step back,

And you're more an observer and a scientist to figure out what is true and what isn't.

It comes as you learn to witness.

I just wanted to sew that thread in,

Because I know that you're all at different levels,

But there's some people who really need to hear this.

Because women can get really lost if we believe our minds,

You see.

It is why my mom,

And I've heard other women talk about that with their moms,

Would have sort of a human potential community or a community of healers,

And really it was just a mass of confusion.

It isn't just women.

Men can do it,

Too.

But the difference between getting lost in kind of a confused healing or spiritual worldview and coming into truth is a willingness to be a scientist and check your empirical evidence.

And this is what Amu says.

It's like walking on thin ice.

You have to test,

See if your perceptions are accurate or not.

But in this case,

I am,

You know,

I'm like,

I don't know,

97% sure that this beautiful,

Lovely lady had a past life as a World War I pilot.

Yeah,

And at the same time,

I'm aware of the weave within me,

Which is my mom was beaten by her dad,

Came back from World War I,

Just shell-shocked in the mess.

And he used to beat the kids if they,

Like,

Slammed the kitchen screen door.

You see,

The noise of it would shock him just because of the,

You know,

The bombs and he was in the trenches.

So I'm aware of it is truly,

I feel it's truthful.

And this lovely lady said she felt a ring when I said it,

Which is kind of how we know the truth,

Ring of truth.

At the same time,

There was a thread for me,

You see.

So everything that we experience,

You know,

Even in transformational healing,

There's always a thread for us.

You know,

I feel sometimes with the satsangs,

It's like a Chinese puzzle with a layer after layer after layer of all the levels that I'm speaking to.

Within our experience of reality,

There's so many levels to it.

It's so infinitely deep,

Or it's incredibly shallow.

So one of the things I wanted to talk about is the cost of denial.

Because some of you are,

And it's okay,

It's all okay.

You know,

There's a level where it's already happened and we're just finding out what our souls have already chosen.

So there's no really have to or must do.

But I just want to point something out.

Is that there's some of you who are standing on this wall of alienation,

Trying to figure out this newer understanding while keeping your old position.

You don't want to threaten your ego too much.

It's okay.

But I just thought,

Like when I picked up my phone today,

About what's happening in Florida.

Okay,

So Florida,

You know,

After 10 years of hurricanes and climate change and rising water in the coastal regions,

The insurance company,

Of course,

Have understandably raised their premiums 100%.

So now,

There is a mass exodus from coastal Florida real estate,

Okay?

So this is the cost of people staying asleep,

Is the people who just woke up to this.

Even though for 10 years,

There has been data after data that their real estate was threatened,

Okay?

But they were asleep in the familiar.

Maybe they'd had the house for 30 years and they heard all this,

But they were standing on the wall of alienation.

So it didn't compute that it was affecting them,

Even though they were living in a Florida coastal region,

You know?

I mean,

This is where human beings,

We can be so,

You know,

Snoozy and dense.

So somebody who was awake,

More awake to just the issue of reality and climate change,

Might have 10 years ago sold their property,

Bought another property somewhere else,

And then rented in Florida if they wish to.

So they could still be enjoying all the climate and everything without their life savings being threatened.

This is kind of what I'm talking about with you guys,

About learning to move your real estate towards true reality,

Even though you're still living in the world,

Functioning in the world.

You can move your real estate to true reality so that you're safer in the world and you can enjoy it more.

But to be standing there on the wall being ambivalent about,

You know,

Whether this is really true,

But seeing Ama and turning up week after week,

You know,

It's kind of like,

It's a bit like the Florida real estate owners.

And the thing is,

If we leave it too late,

We get lost in the crowd,

Like the big scramble to dump the real estate.

I mean,

The downside is the tremendous loss of the property value.

It hits our pocketbook.

This is the cost of staying asleep,

You guys.

Because I'll tell you,

If you really open up to grace and want to serve grace,

The universe will come in and help you.

Because this is the way the universe wants us to go,

To awaken.

It's much safer to awaken than to be like the Florida property owners.

And when you get that overview,

A lot more information will start clicking in.

Your no will dissolve into a yes,

And you'll get a bigger understanding,

Just pretty seamlessly.

Once you get that principle,

That's it.

And it's just that shift into walking your talk,

You know,

Which,

Through the history of humanity,

Has always been the hardest thing.

I get it.

Okay.

And the thing is,

You know,

The Florida owners who are selling now,

You know,

Not only will they have a loss of income,

But they'll also feel a kind of shame in there for staying asleep for so long.

And this happens to us too.

If we're kind of willfully staying asleep,

We'll have some shame about it underneath Again,

You guys,

It's not a sin.

I'm just,

You know,

I'm sort of in the kitchen making coffee and hoping that you smell it.

That you smell the coffee and wake up,

You know.

That's kind of just what I'm doing,

You know.

And somebody wrote me a message in one of my videos saying,

You know,

That I was so motivating.

And,

You know,

I'm motivating because it really matters.

And because I cannot stand the idea of other people,

You know,

Having to go through this I'm motivating because it really matters.

And because I cannot stand the idea of other people experiencing the levels of pain that I did all on my own.

Do you understand?

Yeah.

It's what motivates me.

I can't stand it.

I can't stand the idea of people being stuck in the trauma and everything without the feeling of a hand out.

And,

You know,

Alma's there.

But sometimes,

You know,

I know from having worked with you all,

Sometimes you need to be reminded that she is there.

And to be helped to feel her energy.

Right.

Right.

And you can allow that right now.

Just as I'm speaking.

Let the words carry it.

This is extreme feminine work.

And the female,

You know,

The basic,

The female will encourage her husband and children to help lift their minds up and encourage them and help to transmit the strength to keep going.

And it's very much what this one does.

And a really loving wife and mother will help her husband and the children forgive themselves for their screw-ups.

And also,

She still believes in them no matter what they do,

You know.

Well,

Almost what they do.

And if her husband philanders,

She's going to go,

Oh.

But you know what I mean.

Yeah.

Right.

Right.

So that's what I'm hoping you use this,

The satsangs for is to keep going,

Connect more with your inner Amma and the Amma outside.

Because I'll tell you,

Amma says basically you can't really know Amma until you know yourself.

She's in you.

So when you go inside and find your inner Amma,

Your connection with the outer Amma just skyrockets.

You'll know her from the inside.

Right.

And then she can get through to you on the outside.

Then,

You know,

You can receive psychic communication from her.

I mean,

Which she always will be offering.

But if you know your Amma inside,

You'll be able to receive it.

Yeah.

That's it.

You know,

It is an uncomfortable ride to get to know yourself on the inside.

But there is no downside to it at this point.

Yeah.

And if some of you,

Some of you are stuck and really don't know how to find your inner Amma,

I know this.

And it's just like keep asking for grace.

You know,

Keep saying your mantra.

You are not too hard for God to get through to.

In a contest between your ego and God,

Guess who's going to win?

God.

Yeah.

Just what you can do is don't believe your ego.

See if you can like watch your ego a little more,

Not believe it so much.

Yeah.

So I'm saying this because I'm wanting this to live for the person.

So I'm going to shine a light on it.

Because I'm really right behind this lovely woman on her desire to discover the truth within her.

But in this case,

I once went over to her house and there was all this stuff blocking the front door.

It was such a message.

I don't want you.

Go away.

And even when I said this to this person,

I could see that they didn't really get it in their heart.

They got it with their head a little and kind of argued with it a little.

Like,

Well,

I don't see the connection.

Oh,

I just forgot.

Whatever it is.

Yeah.

But the truth was blindingly obvious.

And I have a constant prayer on behalf of this woman that this lifts and that she finds her true nature this lifetime.

Because we're all,

You know,

You guys,

You know,

We're all like fools.

I mean this in the most loving way.

It's like our egos are like,

They're just,

They're like the three stooges.

It's like a haunted house that we think is the truth of things.

And we just have to be loved into seeing that the truth of things is love.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Right.

Right.

Yeah.

Okay.

Okay.

Good.

It's funny.

I'm feeling a very,

Very powerful energy.

I'm seeing Amma.

And I'm feeling a very,

Very powerful love energy coming in behind you to help you drop what you don't need.

It's like a wind blowing all the sand off.

You know when the sand gets stuck in between cracks and windows and everything,

It's like a big wind just blowing all the sand away.

Right.

Right.

Okay.

So there's another big part of this sad thing that I wanted to talk about.

A lovely,

Sincere seeker was talking about a dream with a prehistoric woman.

And in the dream,

This woman was coming from the Ice Age.

Okay.

So I really want to talk about this as per your current lives.

You have been in an Ice Age of alienation and numbness.

And when you wake up,

Just like if you go out in the snow in bare feet,

And you come back and you put your foot in some warm water,

It will really sting.

It will really hurt as it wakes up.

Guys,

As you awaken from this numbness,

It's going to hurt.

Okay.

So some of you are more willing to feel this level of pain and allow yourselves to wake up.

And some of you are more like,

Okay,

I'm trying to figure out what the rules of this game are and how to play it and standing on the wall of alienation like I'm talking about and trying to figure it out.

And trying to weave it in your life as best you can.

And you will be able to weave it into your life as best you can.

The way,

Really,

If this is what this one did,

Is I felt the pain of having been so numb and alienated.

Okay.

This is the other part of it that's really,

Really important.

You have to learn how to be a container for all this emotional material that might come up.

It's sort of like you have to learn how to build a tsunami and earthquake-proof building.

Yeah.

That is what this one did.

And this is what I transmit.

This is what is in my voice and why it's possible to move quite seamlessly into this bigger understanding.

The understanding is free for the taking.

Yeah.

And,

You know,

Even if you're willing,

It will be done at the pace that you can handle.

But the more willing you are,

The faster a pace will be.

But the more willing you are,

The faster a pace you can handle.

Do you see?

It's like somebody who is running a race.

Somebody who is running without any part of them saying you can't win the race,

You have to be the slowest person on the block,

Will run faster,

You know,

Than the person who's running,

I'm not good enough runner.

I'm not a good enough person to win a race.

They will be slower.

All of you are expressions of true nature.

You're the expression of the creator's true nature.

You are the creator.

And if you come to it from the ego,

That will just inflate you.

If you come to it from a place of humility and openness to learn,

You can learn to embody this.

When I was a little girl,

I had a very vague,

Subtle picture that was just like a mist of being a principal of a school but,

You know,

I knew I didn't want to be a teacher,

Like a regular teacher,

Even as a young one.

But I just had this feeling,

It used to sit on top of my head.

And what I realized is,

We're doing it.

You guys are my school of highly gifted children.

And I'm transmitting this to you.

Really.

Yeah.

And,

You know,

This one is living out her soul dream.

And it was the weediest,

Subtlest thing possible.

It just seemed impossible.

But it has manifested because the creator exists.

God exists.

Our true nature is in our hearts.

And if we're true to it,

It comes through.

Right.

But remember,

The school of highly gifted children,

So please think of yourselves like that.

Please.

All of you,

Even if some of you are struggling that you're not getting it yet,

Please don't do that to yourselves.

You know,

This one went through a rack of incredible pain for about five years.

And I finally got it.

Just be patient with yourselves and just glad that you're doing it in an easier way.

Yeah,

Please.

And believe in yourself.

Yeah.

You might as well,

You know,

If you make the,

Just see that the downside of not believing in yourself is catastrophic.

Do you know?

So just believe in yourself.

Make it your policy.

No matter what.

Yeah,

Really,

No matter what.

Because in your beating heart is God.

Right now,

As you are.

Just as you are.

God is in your heart.

The Creator is in your heart.

The Creator is actually pumping your heart.

Yeah,

The Creator is breathing you.

Your breaths come from the Creator.

You are already God.

And when you get that,

Your front door will open and you'll put flowers out.

Inviting the Creator,

Inviting in knowledge.

And then life gets much easier.

And it is the same,

I am saying the same thing that I was talking about yesterday when I talked about loving the little child within.

And loving her so much until just as a byproduct you understand what happened to you in a felt way.

This is where you guys,

A lot of you,

Some of you,

Not a lot of you,

Some of you are stuck.

You don't understand the little child in a felt way.

It's a theoretical,

Standing on top of the wall trying to figure it out.

Yeah,

No.

You get what happened to the little child when you come back to your heart.

And you'll see how your conditioning distorted your perceptions.

And it was all orchestrated to be this way.

And your parents did you a great gift of imprinting you.

It's all good.

But please get what happened to you as a little child because I'm like getting,

My hairs are getting whiter with telling people,

You know,

Telling people this,

Who I'm working with.

And it's like,

What is it?

Don't think about it,

Just do it.

Just do it.

Just do it.

Decide to get on a feeling level what happened to you.

At a highest good pace,

Don't force it,

Don't rush it.

But,

You know,

The distortions of the spiritual path come when we're trying to do spiritual,

Trying to be spiritual,

And yet we're resisting feeling what happened to us as a little child because,

You know,

That's where our God self got blocked.

So if we're not allowing that deeper information,

We can't really get to our God self no matter how many hugs we get.

Although,

I mean,

I know from my own experience each hug was resistant,

So it's all good.

Okay,

There's a little bit of a heady place.

I feel in you guys,

You've gone to kind of your heady place and there's a little bit of a heady place and this,

Wherever you are,

It's exactly kind of where you get stuck.

It's not,

You can't figure out what I'm saying from your head.

All you can do is just open your heart to listen and let it percolate at a heart level and let your mind be kind of confused.

Okay.

So I really want to talk about containing.

Okay.

And it's really important that you get this.

And I say this with huge love in my heart and I say this with huge love in my heart.

I can feel sometimes when people email me and what they're doing is they're scattering their true energy.

They're not embracing it to embody.

They're scattering it to embody.

They're not addressing it to me but actually they're pouring out their evolutionary energy.

It's like a circuit break to make sure that they don't shift.

And again,

I'm always happy to hear from you but pay attention to whether you're just scattering your true energy and evolving and avoiding containing it.

Learning how to be a container for it.

Now,

This is really key for spiritual students.

The whole point of meditation is that it holds you to help contain you as you are going through ego death.

Okay.

The whole point of meditation is to gradually learn to quiet your mind so that and create a safe place to go for when you're going through difficulty.

Alma said this.

I heard her say this about meditation,

About it being like a structure to hold us when times are tough.

But you have to build it.

You know,

You have to build it.

You know,

You have to like do it and not do it in kind of a phony way but really do it in a sincere way so that gradually your mind becomes a little quieter.

Again,

Mantra is priceless for learning how to contain.

Okay.

I was a very bad spiritual student in some ways.

I've told you.

I had this life just very close to this one where I did spiritual practices up the yin-yang with no love.

I came in with a real revulsion to spiritual practices.

Okay.

So,

You know what I did?

I would go through these ego deaths and the thing that held me was ancient energy.

But that is I guess a very and that's why I know about ancient energy.

That is a very,

Very difficult way to awaken.

And not everybody would have this strength.

I have to say this.

You know.

There's a whole explanation I have a whole understanding of why this one had the strength that has to do with the development of my own soul and circumstances that are happening beyond the earth plane that I will tell you at some point when there's a readiness to hear it.

You know.

Like it wasn't that I as an individual was just really good at hearing hanging out with ancient energy okay and that maybe you're not as good.

Don't say that.

It was a whole soul reason for it that's that's behind this lifetime of me being a teacher to help people make the shift that I already made.

Yeah.

Right.

Right.

And it was made in this very wild way which is part of why the faith in God at this point is 100%.

Because even though this life trajectory it was such a mess it was so such losses it's like just turned to God and everything came.

That's the example you guys.

You don't have to be scared just turn to God all the time.

You know fear will come up but the creator is stronger but this containing I really want especially women you know we talk and it's okay it's part of the way of women it's part of way how we process stuff but there's a point where you have to stop talking and allow yourself to commune with the silence of all that is happening.

Right.

And you know when we're smart and we're a little heady and it's like I mean I know the territory.

I talked and talked and talked I mean I'm still talking but it's more useful now.

But I used to give all my secrets away I would pour my energy out this is this is how I learned.

I would pour out the energy because I wasn't able to contain it and then I would see I would see that I wasn't getting it at all that I thought I was making progress but I wasn't so I got quieter I counted on other people less I counted on my connection to God more my connection to Ama my connection to angels right okay good there's a big shift I can feel on some of you just with these words that's it and sometimes you know you know Ama says that if you bond with her her on a as a physical body you're setting yourself up to sorrow for sorrow okay so the sorrow of that is that she is beyond the physical and you're beyond the physical and the only reason you get so duped that you feel that you're physical is your ego and what's the ego founded on sorrow so if you feel that deeper sorrow of being so disconnected from the creator you will feel you will connect up to your inner Ama you will experience Ama as in everything as way beyond her body not just her body you move into truth you know Ama says that sometimes the people that she's like this big lighthouse and the people that she's like this and you know again I can't speak for Ama but I could imagine that if we're living really close to Ama it would be so tempting to get caught just in her physical presence and forget that she was she's in the truth the containing I'm talking about is not repression so it's not like a child who feels that she's not allowed to speak and say the truth the containing is putting your arms around yourself and understanding that in you is true knowledge so if you're trying to watch or trying to get praise from somebody trying to be acceptable to somebody yeah just contain and observe your experience it's women's you know bless your hearts you know and I'll tell you it can make you more non-attached you become more powerful more love powerful and this feels taboo often then just be with it because your heart knows the right way your heart knows the way and it is you know just has to go along for the ride it's really this is heart work and the head just comes along for the ride it's like a big chapter heading a big enough understanding that you accept your humanity and just unite with God right women I'll tell you we okay I grew up listening to my mom okay like see when I say all this it's just I'm just going to shine a light on patriarchal conditioning of women that has gone on for centuries and actually it's part of why men have trouble with us in a way I think as part of their battle she would hire cleaning people she felt sorry for so she would have to fire them this kind of battle going on our house again because there's another level to get it at some of you are yawning this is funny anyway my mom was talking about as a 14 year old she dreamed about being young when I said this but it was glaringly obvious she said I was on the outside of the house just removing not taking responsibility I have watched women do this it's why I can smell it so to decode my family thing I had to develop incredible sensitivity to it because lots of times when dealing with my mom I'd go like what just happened here my whole sense of reality would be gone okay but women will unload responsibility okay the other thing that isn't that funny I've forgotten what I was going to say oh that's funny oh here we go premis it was years and years of my mom blaming my dad years and years of it was all him yeah yeah and you know her dad had beaten her so and she couldn't face it so she replayed it you know this powerful oppressor and it's just in marriage remember you know like attracts like at least that's where it starts off and the other person is often just showing us our own complexes she'll come back to being a container a kind of neutral you can connect to god use your unhappiness to connect to god and this is with divorce partners too you know because i know like what it's dealing with with an ex just keep don't buy this is so funny because you know you say your mantra three years every second you can come enlightenment so we all know what to do it's just whether we want to do it or not okay let's just get real so the first stuff i say that she said i've heard her she said that she prefers when we um that enlightenment comes in older age and my feeling again i can't speak for amma but but my feeling is spiritual i mean it's physical we've got a physical world it kind of honors the demands of the physical as well as the spiritual so it's more seamless gradual seamless yeah organic yeah right right let's check a chord you can feel it yeah so the container you get more and more non-attached and you know gandhi said that when he heard that hiroshima or hiroshima had been bombed he didn't flinch that means his container was so sturdy you see he just was with what was being with what is without flinching that's finally what happens because it's all a dream and it all has to happen this way and the more it's just a choice of whether we're lodged in truth then we're just happy and kind of non-attached about it not in an uncaring way and just infinite blessings and love to all of humanity all of you all of humanity all your families all of humanity and I'm seeing this wave of light interesting right that's very beautiful and I can feel that it's going to extend to the whole universe not yet it's like our understanding isn't enough but it's like it will we just keep on going and it will keep on going and it will keep on going and it will keep on going and it will keep on going and it will keep on going and it will keep on going and it will keep on going and it will keep on going and it will keep on going and it will keep on going and it will keep on going and it will keep on going and it will
