Just for a moment,
Taking a nice deep relaxing breath,
Allowing your body to soften,
To open,
To deeply relax and dropping your awareness within.
Your awareness down into the center of your heart to the light therein,
To the energy,
The connection of the heart,
Witnessing this radiant orb of light beginning to grow brighter from within the heart,
Keeping your awareness here and with your breath,
Letting this light,
This connection to the energies within you begin to expand and grow bigger and dropping your awareness down your body,
Down your legs and out the bottoms of your feet,
Grounding your awareness down,
Deep down through the layers of the mud and the muck and the fiery core the whole way down,

Mother Gaia,
Feeling so supported,
Strong,
Vibrant,
Healthy and in one strong motion begin to breathe this grounded connection to the earth back up through the earth's star,
Through the bottoms of your feet,
All the way up your legs,
Entering in through the root chakra,
The sacral,
The solar plexus,
The heart and continue to travel up,
Opening the throat,
The third eye,
The crown and lifting even higher now,
Bringing this grounded energy all the way up through your higher chakras,
Going up through your over soul to your direct connection within,
Above and all around and lifting with this light,
With the light of your heart and the light of Mother Gaia,
Continue to lift and enter in to the light within,
The source,
The I am that you are and feeling this light,
This diamond,
Golden,
Christic light begin to pour down through your center vertical pillar of light,
Pouring down and around,
Cleansing,
Deep down,
Coming back down through your center vertical column,
Down and reconnecting down into the heart and this light within the heart begins to grow,
To expand in this radiant sphere of light,
Allowing this light to grow in a radiant sphere of your divine connection,
The consciousness of your inner presence illuminating,
Filling your body in one radiant sphere and sending this light out around you,
Emanating your waves of love and light through your mental and emotional bodies,
Through your aura,
Through your spiritual bodies,
Out and around your home,
Through your community,
Sending waves of love out to humanity,
Out to the collective,
All the way out to the earth and feel this connection within,
Grounded in your body,
Above and below,
Radiating love,
Compassion,
Forgiveness,

Abundance,
Prosperity for all and bring this light back to your heart and anchor here,
