Take a deep breath.
Let all the noise drift away.
Let's clock out and tune in.
Let's pause to receive today's affirmations.
Here's affirmations to release self-limiting beliefs.
I let go of the way I thought I had to live my life.
I let go of the way I thought I had to be.
I let go of what I thought I had to be.
I let go of what I thought I had to believe.
Especially the belief that I always have to be right.
Those things don't serve me.
Those beliefs don't serve me.
Those goals and aspirations weren't reflective of me.
And now,
Today,
I let go of those belief systems in order to claim those that are mine.
I believe I can be successful doing what I love.
I believe in work that fulfills and excites me.
I believe in my life purpose.
A purpose that doesn't have to be defined by anyone else but me.
Others don't have to understand or approve of it.
Because I give myself approval.
I give myself approval to finally move forward on my goals.
I no longer procrastinate.
I sort out my goals to seize aligned opportunities.
And I remain curious to keep on expanding.
It's okay to be a novice.
It's okay to expand beyond my comfort zone.
It's okay to learn something new.
For my worth is not defined by how much I know or how right I am.
I'm not a right fighter.
I'm a temperamental teacher and student of life.
I refuse to put others on a pedestal.
I refuse to let others misguide me or question my intuition.
I refuse to analyze those who claim to have all the answers.
I ask questions with care.
I receive information with care.
I receive information with an open mind and less ego.
For I seek to understand.
For life is not all black and white.
I live in the gray,
Learning as I go.
I'm figuring it out as I go.
Doing what works best for me.
I assess what the truth is for me.
Knowing that my truth is not the truth for all and vice versa.
All lived experiences are valid and to be respected.
My lived experiences are valid and to be respected.
For today I finally have the courage to release any internalized shame.
Today I have the courage to release the beliefs that once helped me survive.
Because now I welcome a balanced belief system of my own.
System that allows me the choice and the room to stay curious.
Because I say so.
Because I get to say what's right and what works best for me.
My beliefs are shaping my reality.
My beliefs are shaping the person I'm becoming.
The person I'm becoming is the one I've always wanted to be.
Tolerant and respectful.
Empathetic and adaptable.
Because I'm finally releasing my outdated beliefs.
To reclaim all of me.
All that I am.
All that I want.
And the being I'm evolving into.
Because today I'm finally releasing my self-limiting beliefs.
