We're going to start with relaxation.
Find a comfortable position to sit in,
Somewhere quiet.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Inhale allowing your abdomen and your chest to rise.
And exhale everything out.
As you inhale,
You breathe in peace.
And as you exhale,
You let go of everything that is not beneficial at this moment.
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
And we're going to do a countdown to get you deeper into the present moment.

As you continue to breathe gently,
I'm going to guide you into a relaxation of your physical body and your mind.
Bring your awareness into your scalp.
And feel your scalp relax,
Letting go of any tensions.
Feel this relaxation going down your forehead,
Your eyes,
Your mouth,
Your jaw,
Your neck,
Your shoulders.
Feel your shoulders relax and letting go of any tension.
Feel this wave of relaxation going down your chest,
Your back,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Your pelvis,
Your thighs,
Your legs,
And your feet.
Feel that wave of relaxation from your scalp all the way down to your toes.
If you need to shift a little bit to sink in even deeper,
Do so now.
Starting with self-awareness and self-connection.
Bring your awareness to this present moment,
Knowing that self-awareness is a superpower.
And we're going to do that by continuing to connect to your breath.
Inhaling and feeling the air in your nostrils as it goes in your body.
Exhale,
Releasing everything.
Now focus on your consciousness.
Picture it as a beautiful golden light surrounding your entire body in a bubble of gentle,
Loving,
Peaceful energy all around you.
And imagine that this golden light is expanding.
Expanding to connect to the room that you're in,
To your city,
Your state,
Your continent,
And the whole planet.
Bringing it to the point where you feel a connection to yourself,
The place where you are,
And the whole planet,
A sense of oneness,
A sense of connectedness.
Seeing yourself as a part of the whole,
Knowing that we are one.
Now we're going to move to awakening the power of gratitude.
So bring in feelings of deep appreciation for everything that creates meaning in your life.
Grounding yourself in the roots of self-acceptance and the present moment.
Bring to mind five things that you are truly grateful for,
Big or small.
And express gratitude for these things.
Vividly recall how they make you feel,
Or how they made you feel using all your senses.
Senses of touch,
Smell,
Sound,
Vision,
Taste.
Vividly allowing all these senses to come alive with feelings of deep appreciation and gratitude.
Feeling them vibrate all throughout your body.
Take another breath as we move into radical forgiveness and acceptance.
It takes courage to forgive.
And as you forgive,
You reclaim your power.
Because forgiveness is freedom.
The ability to release expectations of other people and life conditions that you cannot control.
You learn how to let go of the past and look with confidence into the future.
So bring to mind anyone you have had conflict with.
And imagine that person in front of you.
And apologize,
Sincerely apologize for any wrong that you might have brought to them.
Even if you were right.
Releasing any need to explain why.
And ask for their forgiveness.
And forgive them for any wrongdoing they might have brought to you.
And feel this feeling of forgiveness all throughout your body,
In your heart.
Maybe you're breathing getting deeper and smoother.
Because at a deeper level we are one.
And any negative feelings,
Any negative charge towards any other living person is a charge against yourself.
Because you carry it.
So breathing in this forgiveness and breathing out everything that doesn't serve.
With your next inhale,
We are going to move in to calling in higher consciousness to access your heart.
And we're doing this with the universal soft love Mudra.
A Mudra is a hand gesture.
So place the palms of your hands splayed on your higher chest area.
And breathe.
And as you breathe,
Repeat the mantra.
I love you to yourself.
I love you.

Truly allowing yourself to believe these words.
With soft love you cultivate a sense of worthiness.
So that what you want to manifest becomes easy.
You start believing that you deserve the best.
You deserve your dreams.

We are going to move into intuition where you access the power of your choice.
Where you start envisioning your future.
And here you are going to visualize your perfect future.
Bring to mind and to heart all the different aspects of your life as you want them to unfold in the next three years.

Maybe just the next six months.
And be as vivid as possible incorporating all your senses.
Taste,
Touch,
Smell,
Sound,
Vision.
Bringing in passion,
Joy,
Purpose.
