Welcome everyone to today's meditation.
Today we are going to meditate with the angel Tsaphniel.
The meaning of his name comes from the Hebrew word Tsophn,
Which means a code or a secret.
Together with this angel we are going to uncode and reveal the secrets of the spiritual wisdom that can help you achieve your own spiritual growth and get to where you meant to get to.
So let's start.
Put your feet on the ground,
Uncross your arms,
Lift your eyes 45 degrees above the field of vision,
Close them and take a deep cleansing breath in.
Breathe out and let it all go.
Again breathe in deeply and as you breathe out let all your worries and your thoughts go.
Start relaxing your body from the top of your head,
Relax the muscles of your face,
Relax your neck and your shoulders,
Relax your arms all the way down to your fingertips,
Relax your chest and your abdomen,
Your spine,
Your back.
Keep breathing in and out,
Relax your hips and your legs all the way down to your toes.
Imagine that you have roots that go down into the ground and they go down and down and down all the way down to the core of the earth.
And here they are grounding you deeply,
Allowing you to connect to the support and the wisdom that the earth has for you.
And now take a deep breath and see the light coming from the core of the earth traveling up through the roots all the way to the top of your head and breathe out.
Again breathe in,
See that light coming through the roots going all the way up to the top of your head and breathe out.
Share this light with the people that you love.
One more time,
Breathe in,
See the light going up and up through the roots and all the way up to the top of your head and breathe out.
Share the light with the world.
You can see yourself now engulfed with wide bright light all around you and within you,
Feeling very calm and relaxed.
And for these few moments in time,
Don't think,
Don't let all the thoughts swirl in your head,
Just let it go and follow my voice as we take this journey.
And you see yourself now walking in a place that looks like a desert.
The desert is a place of emptiness and as you are walking through the desert,
You are allowing yourself to empty out,
Empty out your emotions,
Your worries,
Your fears.
Let it all go.
Empty out all your concerns about the different areas in your life,
The past,
The future,
What's going to happen.
Let it all go.
Empty out all the calculations,
What other people will say about me,
What other people think about me,
How do I look,
How do I sound.
Empty out all the influence of your five senses.
Empty out the world of illusion.
And as you continue to walk in the desert,
You are pure awareness,
Pure consciousness.
And far away in the desert,
You see a big beautiful mountain.
Walk towards that mountain.
And as you come closer to the mountain,
You feel this is a very special place.
This is a place of revelation,
Of great secrets,
Of enlightenment.
This is a place which is filled with energy,
With light.
Your walk in the desert prepared you for this place,
For the revelation.
And now you are by the mountain and a beautiful big angel is coming down now and joining you.
His name is Safni El.
And he is looking at you with so much love,
Acceptance,
Care.
He is opening his arms and embracing you.
And he is telling you this is the time for you to receive and to be open for a great revelation of spiritual wisdom.
This wisdom,
This light,
This energy doesn't have a name or form as it is different for each and every individual.
It is up to you to open yourself right now and allow it into your being,
Into your consciousness.
And you are looking up to the top of the mountain and you see this magical light shining from the sky down into the mountain.
There are many sounds all around,
Many visions and it seems like all your senses are working in ways that you didn't know before.
You can see the sounds,
You can hear the visions and you can feel all this energy coming down through the mountain and into your being.
It is giving you strength and it is giving you direction.
It is showing you what steps to take for your spiritual growth,
Who are the people that can help you on this path.
Just take a moment and allow yourself to feel it,
To hear it,
To see it.
Allow yourself to accept this energy in this experience.
You might have an area in your life in which you don't have clarity,
You are not sure what is the right decision to take,
Which people should I connect with,
Which people I can trust.
This opportunity to speak to Zafneyel and asking any question you want.
