Gently closing your eyes as you check in with your body and your breath.
Taking a few deep breaths here,
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth,
Releasing any lingering tension and opening your heart to give and receive the love that your inner child has always dreamed of.
Imagine yourself standing in a serene garden,
It's almost like what you would imagine to be an oasis of tranquility,
Growth and fertility.
This garden represents your inner world where the seeds of your inner child's well-being are waiting to be nurtured.
As you step forward,
Within this garden you may begin to feel the softness of the earth beneath your feet and the gentle sunlight warming your skin as it kisses your cheeks.
In the centre of this garden you can find a comfortable and inviting spot to sit.
Here is where you'll begin the process of reparenting your inner child,
Offering the care and support that may have been absent in your past.
As you settle into this space you can allow yourself to get more and more comfortable,
Perhaps even noticing a breeze blow by the back of your neck.
Taking another deep breath here to sink into the comfort of this place.
You may also begin to sense the feeling of love emanating from your heart,
A love that you are ready to share with your inner child.
Perhaps you begin to notice a beautiful pink light beaming from your heart,
Allowing yourself to notice the depth of your love and serenity,
However that may look or feel like for you.
Take a moment to invite your inner child to join you,
Allowing yourself to imagine your inner child standing before you,
Observing their appearance,
Noticing their age,
The expression on their face,
The emotions that dance in their eyes.
You may greet them with a warm smile,
Radiating the unconditional love and acceptance that you feel every child deserves,
Perhaps even noticing that pink loving light radiating further from your heart towards them.
As you connect with your inner child,
You may begin to sense the presence of your nurturing adult self,
Noticing the parent you are becoming in this moment.
Imagine reaching out your hand,
Inviting your inner child to join you in your love.
Feel the warmth of their small hand in yours,
Leaning into this symbol of the trust and connection you are fostering together.
Within your imagination,
You can invite yourself to envision the various experiences that your inner child may have longed for.
The experiences of feelings cherished,
Protected,
Encouraged,
Loved.
Allowing whatever feelings and experiences that come to mind to simply show up.
You may feel called to offer these experiences to your inner child,

Offering these words of comfort and reassurance.
