Getting comfortable,

Either seated or lying down.

Beginning your day by just floating up,

Exhaling,

Letting it go.

Slowing your breath down,

It anchors you to the present.

Beginning by asking God to be present with you today,

Here and now.

God's peace floating over your body like a warm blanket.

God's light shining down through your head and neck,

To your shoulders and your chest,

To your arms.

God's light shining all the way out through your fingertips,

Traveling down your upper back,

Your mid back,

Your low back,

All the way down through your torso and your belly.

This beautiful light just enveloping your body,

Coming down into your hips,

Thigh,

Knees,

Your calves,

And your feet.

Letting God's light shine out through your toes so that your whole body is filled.

The loving divine light asking God to be with you today,

Setting an intention for your day,

Asking God to gift you with patience,

Kindness,

Understanding.

Asking God to make you a vessel of peace,

Allowing divine peace and love to shine to you,

Through you,

And from you each and every day.

Knowing you can do hard things,

Knowing you are doing your best,

That God is working through you every day,

That you radiate God's peace and love.

Breathing in a sense of gratitude for having taken this time out for yourself today,

Allowing the gratitude to sink into your heart space,

Knowing you are treating yourself with loving kindness,

Asking God to help you with your intention for your day.

Taking one last cleansing breath,

Breathing in until you can't possibly hold it anymore,

Breathing out,

Letting it all go,

Coming back into the room with a sense of divine peace.
