Welcome to this 2 minute meditation session.
Find a comfortable place to sit,
With your back upright and relaxed,
Placing your hands in your lap.
Slowly close your eyes as you focus your attention on your breath.
Bring your awareness to the feeling of your breath coming in and slowly going out.
Deep breaths in and long,
Slow breaths out.
Feel your chest rise with an in breath and falling back down with an out breath.
If other thoughts enter your mind,
That's okay.
Just let them flow out of you and return to your breath.
Whenever you are ready,
Open your eyes.
You've just completed this 2 minute meditation session.
