Instead of focusing on how to be more productive, settle into the notion that you are an amazing BEING and you do not have to do anything. You are entitled to relaxation. Listen to this meditation track that focuses on resting affirmations as often as you like. Note: there is a long pause between each affirmation so that you can be in the space of stillness. Welcome to resting affirmations.

Settle yourself into a comfortable position and adjust your clothing as you need to.

Notice your natural breathing and let these affirmations wash over you and repeat them to yourself as you feel is best.

I am allowed to rest as long as I need.

I am able to just be without doing anything.

I listen to my body's needs.

I am enough just as I am.

Resting is a sacred practice.

I choose peace.

I honor my true self.

I choose to focus on just being and not pushing myself to constantly be in motion.

I rest my body,

Mind,

And soul.

It is easy for me to rest and honor the natural rhythms of my body.

I choose health and happiness and this includes resting.

I deserve to rest regardless of what happens today.

I am successful because I relax and take it easy.

I provide myself comfort and healthy ways.

My whole body is breathing in stillness.

I surround myself with love and kindness.

I adjust my schedule to include more rest and relaxation.

I sleep well through the night.

I recognize my needs and honor myself.

I give myself permission to relax more and more.

I center myself in stillness.

I am allowed to be my whole self.

All of me is welcome.

I am free to choose what is best for me.

I dwell in moments of quiet.

I am aware of peace that resides within me.

I show myself compassion and love.

Through stillness I find freedom.

I am free in this moment.

I am capable of loving myself more and more in a peaceful way.

I give myself permission to just be.

I notice the stillness within me.

I am deeply resting in this moment.
