You might roll your shoulders up and back,
Relax your fingers and toes,
Soften your body.
Take a full breath in,
And a long,
Slow breath out.
Good,
Do that again.
And one more time.
Let yourself arrive fully in this moment.
There's nothing to do,
Nowhere to be.
This time is just for you.
In this meditation,
We will focus on manifesting abundance in every area of your life.
While clearing any blockages in your body and energy field.
We will use powerful techniques to release what no longer serves you,
And make space for the flow of prosperity,
Love,
And healing to enter your life with ease.
Begin by bringing your awareness to the base of your spine,
Your root chakra.
This is the center of your security,
Stability,
And connection to the earth.
Visualize a warm,
Red light glowing at the base of your spine.
With each inhale,
Feel yourself becoming more grounded,
More supported.
With each exhale,
Release any fear,
Insecurity,
Or negative beliefs you may be holding.
Imagine releasing old energy that no longer serves you through energy cords that extend into the earth,
Clearing away any weight you've been carrying and cutting those cords.
This creates space for the abundant energy that is already yours to come into your life easily.

I am safe.
I am supported.
I am being taken care of.
I am free from financial fear.
I release what no longer serves me to make room for abundance.
Now bring your awareness to your sacral chakra,
Just below your navel.
This is the center of your emotions,
Creativity,
And ability to receive.
Visualize a soft orange light glowing here,
Swirling and expanding with every breath.
As you inhale,
Feel yourself open to new possibilities.
As you exhale,
Release any old emotional blocks or limiting beliefs that have kept you from fully receiving.
Imagine energy cords running from this chakra,
Cutting and releasing any stagnant energy,
Clearing the way for creativity,
Joy,
And the abundance that you deserve.
Feel your energy flow freely as you open yourself to receive what is already on its way to you.

Now guide your awareness to your solar plexus chakra,
Located just above your navel,
Beneath your ribcage.
This is the center of your inner strength,
Self-worth,
And clarity of purpose.
Visualize a warm golden light radiating from this space.
With each breath,
Feel your sense of confidence and self-trust becoming steadier and more vibrant.
Release any lingering self-doubt or limiting beliefs.
Imagine them gently dissolving and flowing out of your body,
Cutting all negative energy cords,
Creating space for assurance,
Courage,
And inner alignment.
As you continue to breathe,
Step into the deep knowing that you are fully capable of creating the life you envision.

Your heart chakra.
This is your center of love,

Releasing any emotional blockages or old wounds that prevent you from receiving love in abundance.
Imagining any energy cords connecting to your heart that no longer serve you,
Inviting them to be released,
As well as releasing any pain and clearing the way for you to fully receive the love and abundance the universe is offering you.
Feel how worthy you are of this love and open yourself to the abundant flow of everything you desire.

Now guiding your awareness to your throat,
Your throat chakra.
This is the space of self-expression,
Communication,
And authentic truth.
Visualize a clear blue light glowing here.
Let go of any fear or resistance to expressing your desires and needs.
Release any energy blocks in this area that prevent you from speaking your truth and claiming your desires.
Imagine any stagnant energy cords being released,
Any hesitation or silence,
Allowing your true self to shine and speak freely.
As you breathe,
Feel the confidence to express your desires,
Knowing that the universe is ready to respond to your clear,
Open communication.

Imagine energy cords dissolving from this area,
Clearing your vision and intuition,

Lastly,
Bring your awareness to the top of your head,
Your crown chakra.
This is your connection to source,
To the universe,
To the infinite flow of abundance.
Visualize a radiant white or violet light pouring into the top of your head,
Filling your entire being with divine energy.
Feel this light flowing down to your body,
Healing and clearing all blockages.
As you breathe,
Release any final resistance,
Energy blocks,
Or cords that have kept you from fully receiving the abundance that is your birthright.
Visualize the universe,
Source energy,
Flowing to you effortlessly,
Bringing you everything you desire.
Repeating silently or aloud,
I am one with the universe.
Abundance flows effortlessly to me,
And I am ready to receive it.
Now imagining all of the beautiful energy colors,
Beginning with red,
Orange,
Yellow,
Green,
Blue,
Indigo,
And violet,
Merging them all into a bright radiant light surrounding your body.
This light is cleansing,
Healing,
And charging your energy with power and clarity.
With every breath,
Feel this light expanding outward,
Making space for the abundance that is already yours to enter effortlessly.
Imagine all of the energy you've released,
The negative emotions,
Limiting beliefs,
And anything that no longer serves you,
All of it leaving your body,
Making room for your desires to manifest with ease and grace.
Now take a moment to feel gratitude for the abundance that is already coming your way.
Feel the joy,
The freedom,
The certainty that everything you desire is already yours.
Breathe in deeply,
Breathing in the energy of abundance,
And breathe out any final blockages clearing the way for what is already yours to flow to you.
