Welcome to your guided meditation on manifesting all your desires.

I am so happy to have you here and so excited to lead you through this meditation on claiming your desires and visualizing them and breathing them into existence.

We are going to start by doing a few different rounds of breath work starting with equal ratio breathing.

With equal ratio breathing,

What we are going to do is we are going to inhale through the nose for a count of 5.

Then we are going to hold the air at the top of our navel cavity,

Holding our breath for a count of 5.

Then we are going to exhale out of your nose for a count of 5.

Hold the air at the bottom for a count of 5 and repeat.

This is one of my favorite breathing techniques and is known to reduce anxiety.

It calms your nervous system,

Activating your parasympathetic response,

Telling your body you are safe.

Next we are going to do Morcha,

Another one of my favorites.

Connecting to your intuition,

Your higher self.

What you are going to be doing is basically closing off all your senses.

Starting with your ear,

You are going to put your thumb into your ear,

Your index finger covering your eye,

Middle finger covering your nose,

Index finger over the top of your lip,

Pinky over the bottom.

Shutting off all your senses,

You are going to inhale through your nose for a count of 5.

Plug your nose,

Close off everything,

Tilt your head back for a count of 5.

Hold it there for a count of 15.

Drop your head,

Release out your nose for a count of 5.

With that we are going to jump right into it and get into the guided meditation.

Okay,

Let's begin.

Finding yourself in a comfortable seat,

Feet down on the ground,

Sitting upright in a chair,

Palms on top of your thighs,

Upwards to receive.

Place them down on top of your thighs for grounding.

Whatever you need right now in this moment,

Take it.

This is for you.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Inhale rolling your shoulders up,

Exhale out your mouth,

Dropping your shoulders down,

Relaxing them down your spine.

Another just like that,

Deep breath in through your nose,

Inhale fill up,

Exhale release out your mouth,

Let it go.

Beautiful.

And let's begin with our equal ratio breathing breath.

Inhale through your nose for a count of 5.

Hold it for 5.

Release out your nose for 5.

Hold at the bottom for 5.

Inhale through your nose for 5.

Hold at the top.

Release out your nose for 5.

Hold at the bottom for 5.

Inhale through your nose for 5.

Hold at the top for 5.

Release out your nose for 5.

Hold at the bottom for 5.

Inhale through your nose for 5.

Hold at the top for 5.

Release out your nose for 5.

Hold at the bottom for 5.

Inhale through your nose for 5.

Hold at the top for 5.

Release out your nose for 5.

Hold at the bottom for 5.

Inhale through your nose for 5.

Hold at the top for 5.

Release out your nose for 5.

Hold at the bottom for 5.

Inhale through your nose for 5.

Hold at the top for 5.

Release out your nose for 5.

Hold at the top for 5.

Inhale through your nose for a count of 5.

Let's begin.

Inhale.

Plug your nose.

Tilt your head back for 15.

Drop your head.

Blow out your nose for 5.

Let's do that one more time.

Inhale through your nose for a count of 5.

Plug your nose.

Tilt your head back.

Drop your head.

Blow out your nose for 5.

Slowly coming back to your breath.

Breathing at your own rhythm,

Your natural breath.

Noticing your breath as it enters your nose.

How hot or cold it feels around your nostrils.

Traveling down your navel cavity.

Back out.

Notice your diaphragm moving.

Notice any sensations in your body.

Just coming back to your body right here,

Right now,

Here in this moment.

And if any thoughts cross your mind,

Just gently acknowledge them as if they were clouds passing through the sky.

Letting them go.

Coming back to your breath,

Your presence,

Being here in this moment.

Now I want you to begin to imagine yourself on a beautiful,

Beautiful beach.

Imagine the sand being so soft,

White,

Placing your foot in the sand,

Slowly and gently,

One foot after the other,

Feeling the warmth on the bottom of your feet.

Not too hot,

Just the right temperature.

Gazing out to the beautiful ocean,

Looking at the water,

How clear it is.

And finally gazing up at the beautiful sun,

Glowing upon you,

Shining its warm rays around your body,

Like warm honey wrapping you up,

Like a blanket of love.

And slowly imagine yourself walking into the water,

Placing one foot after the other,

Feeling the water gently wrap around you.

And allow yourself to completely let go and begin to float on your back in the water as the sun shines its light,

Its beam of light down,

Shooting over your body,

Pouring into your body,

Beginning to activate your cells,

Shining them with light and love.

Feel your cells begin to fill up with light,

Fill up with love.

Feel that energy as each shell in your body begins to be overtaken with light and love,

Feeling the sensations in your body as you allow the sun's energy to wrap all around you,

Completely letting go.

Now I want you to imagine your body slowly beginning to float up into the air,

Slowly floating up into the solar system,

Into the universe.

As you are floating,

You are beginning to pass beautiful stars,

Feeling your body feel as light as a feather.

Now you see a big window in the distance,

And you float over to that window,

Slowly stepping down,

Gazing into the window.

And in the window you see yourself.

But it's not you today.

It's you one year from today.

Now I want you to imagine yourself,

The healthiest you've ever been.

You're radiating beautiful energy.

You're glowing.

You are so healthy and happy and vibrant.

Now I want you to imagine yourself doing the job you love.

You feel aligned with your purpose.

You are in flow.

You are feeling amazing.

You are changing the world with your work.

You are on fire.

And now I want you to imagine yourself looking over,

Peeking into your beautiful home,

And seeing your partner,

Your lover there,

Just smiling at you.

So in love,

So happy.

Feel that love.

Feel that support.

Feel that love from your partner.

You guys are so happy,

Uplifting each other to be the best versions of you.

And it feels so good.

Now I want you to imagine looking into your bank account and seeing all the money that you desire and more right there.

Look at that number.

Seeing it.

You feel so supported,

So aligned.

You have all the money you desire and then some.

You're able to take trips and travel the world.

And then you see yourself among all of these beautiful desires that you have manifested.

Now I want you to imagine yourself slowly entering.

And merging your body with yourself.

Feeling her energy or his energy collectively align,

Connect.

Feeling your bodies become one.

Feeling any qualities that you are working on begin to take into your body.

Feel the confidence.

Feel the worthiness.

Feel the alignment.

Feel the love.

Feel the abundance.

Feel the joy.

Feel it all in your body right now.

As you are merging with your future self.

Now slowly begin to leave the building,

Allowing yourself to get back and float back down past the solar systems.

Back down to your body at the beach,

Lying in the water.

Coming back to your body in 10,

9,

8,

7,

6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Coming back to your body at the beach.

Slowly begin to make your way up.

Taking one step at a time.

Gently coming out of the water.

Coming back to the sand.

Again resting your body down.

And letting it all sink in.

Taking a deep breath in through your nose.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Release out your mouth.

Let it go.

Another like that.

Deep breath in through your nose.

Exhale out your mouth.

Let it go.

Beautiful.

When you're ready you can slowly begin to wiggle your fingertips and your toes.

Roll out your wrists and your ankles and you can gently open up your eyes.
