Get yourself comfortable now,
Relaxing your whole body from top down to toes,
Focus on your scalp,
Let those tiny little nerves just relax and your eyelids now,
Feel those get heavier and relaxed.
Now your cheeks and your jaw,
Your tongue,
Feel them deeply relax,
All those muscles just getting calm and relaxed,
And now the muscles in your neck and throat,
Going down your shoulders,
Right down your arms,
Past your elbows to your hands,
Right to the tips of your fingers and thumbs,
Be aware of your arms in space,
How deeply relaxed they are,
And now relax your shoulder blades,
Feel that relaxation going down your spine,
And your chest and abdomen also relaxing as it moves down your body,
So deeply relaxed and comfortable.
Feel that relaxation now going down your hips and thighs,
Past your knees,
Down your shins and calves all the way to your feet and to your toes,
You're so comfortable now,
So deeply relaxed,
Be fully aware of your body now,
Feel your body in and out,
Be aware of the space it takes up,
And be aware of the space around you in the room that you are in.
Now focus on your breath,
Slow deep breaths,
And hold when it's in,
And then slowly release,
And when you think you can't release your breath anymore,
Just push out a few more sips of breath,
And take another breath in,
And I want you to imagine you can see the breath that you are taking,
The air,
It's a beautiful bright light,
It is full of love and energy,
Breathe it in deeply,
Feel it go into your body,
And with your out breath,
Any negativity leaves your body,
Imagine you can see that as well,
That when it leaves your body,
It's getting sent to the light and cleansed,
And another breath in that beautiful bright light,
What colour is that light?
Feel that light going into your body,
Connecting with every cell in your body,
The full consciousness that is you,
And breathe out anything that is negative,
And imagine you can see that,
And focus again on your in breath,
And out breath,
The beautiful bright light that is love,
It is healing,
It is consciousness,
It is acceptance,
Feel that going into your body,
Reaching every cell,
And your out breath is expelling anything that does not belong in you,
Anything negative,
And focus on your in and out breath,
Until your out breath is clear,
It has been cleansed,
And now,
Become aware of the healing in your soul,
In your mind,
And in your body,
Be aware of that love,
That all that is,
Is with you,
You are part of all that is,
And there is great love here for you,
If you could see that love,
What would it look like?
How would it feel?
Can you hear that love?
Just bathe yourself now in that acceptance and unconditional love,
And now,
Becoming ready for the rest of your day,
Knowing that life is getting better,

Being aware of that love that is within you and is you,
