This is an energetic experience for soothing relaxation or drifting into sleep,

Exploring the depths of who and what you really are,

With a deep sense of surrender.

We will journey through a gentle body scan,

Along with imagery and subtle energy sensation to welcome in the warming,

Soothing and clearing energy of a beautiful golden sun.

So if you'd like you can begin to settle down now,

Lying in your bed or somewhere comfortable If lying on your back is not comfortable for you today,

You can lie on your side or just trust that you know the best way for you to find comfort right now.

I welcome you to close your eyes,

And begin to call your awareness to the softness within,

Not within your physical body,

Deeper and more subtle,

Inward,

The inner realms of you,

Allowing the mind to begin to settle as something more powerful,

Vast,

Expansive,

Silent,

Takes over,

As you allow your whole being to continue to soften and warm and enjoy,
