Every morning before we head out or start our day we need to charge our phones and devices by plugging them into the charger. Do we recharge our souls as much as we recharge our phones? Let us take a break and disconnect our phones and give our souls what it needs. Recharging by plugging into the divine source. This is the meditation to strengthen our eternal and inner energy by consciously connecting with the divine or supreme power which is the source of all we need. Close your eyes and allow your body to relax. Be mindful of your breathing as breath is our cleansing tool. Ever wondered who am I? I am a universal being in human form. I am pure consciousness. I am the soul. The point of light that resides in the center of the forehead. My virtues are happiness, Peace, Love, Power and purity. I derive all that from the divine source. To plug into the divine power I return to the source, The energy that I am part of. My home from where I came. I the tiny point of sparkling white light move out of this body and start traveling upwards. I keep moving up, Leaving the stars, The planets, The sun, The moon behind. Traveling towards my real home. As I move further up I see a big bright ball of shining divine light. As I merge with this divine power I am surrounded by an ocean of peace and unconditional love. I soak in all that surrounds me. I surrender all that no longer serves me to this divine intelligence with faith that it will be taken care of. I breathe in and absorb all the peace, Love and power that surrounds me and I get charged. This power gives me the strength to heal myself. Now it's time for me to travel back to the world where I have a role to play and responsibilities to fulfill knowing that this is the place that can be visited anytime. I the point of light start moving down. Further down. Passing by the stars. The sun. The moon. And the planets. I come back to the center of the forehead filled with the energy and the peace that helps me move through this journey called life. I radiate all this to the soul world around me. Gratitude to the divine for filling me with this divine energy and allowing me to radiate it to the ones who need it. My soul mantra. Peace begins with me. Peace begins with me. Peace begins with me. Love, Light, Peace and power to you. Thank you.
