Welcome to our meditation.

Find a quiet and comfortable place,

Where you can sit without being disturbed.

As you begin to settle in,

Find the right comfortable sitting position for yourself,

Where you can fully relax.

And now please close your eyes and focus on your breathing.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Slowly and deeply,

Feeling your lungs fill with fresh and clean air.

Hold it for a moment and now gently exhale through your mouth,

Releasing any stress or tension you may be holding onto.

And again,

Take another deep breath in,

Deep and steady.

Feel the air expanding your chest,

Bringing calmness and relaxation into your body.

And hold it for a second and now exhale slowly,

Letting go of any worries or thoughts that no longer serve you.

Continue to inhale and exhale in a natural,

Regular and deep way.

With each breath in,

You draw in peace and tranquility.

And with each breath out,

You release tension,

Stress and negativity.

As you breathe in,

Imagine a wave of relaxation starting at the top of your head and gently flowing down through your whole body.

Feel it soothing your scalp,

Relaxing your forehead and softening your eyebrows.

Let this wave of calm flow down through your face,

Releasing any tension in your jaw and neck.

Breathe in deeply once more and as you exhale,

Feel your shoulders drop,

Releasing any heaviness they might carry.

Imagine the wave of relaxation moving down through your arms,

Your chest and your back,

Filling every part of you with a warm,

Comforting light.

With each breath,

Feel the relaxation spreading further,

Reaching your abdomen,

Your hips and your thighs.

Inhale deeply and as you exhale,

Let the calmness flow down through your knees,

Your calves and into your feet.

And now take a moment to notice how your body feels.

With each breath,

You are becoming more and more relaxed,

More and more at ease.

Every inhale brings in serenity and every exhale lets go of any remaining tension.

Then with each breath you take,

You are diving deeper into a peaceful,

Tranquil state.

With every exhale,

You are drifting further away from stress and worry and closer to a place of calm and serenity.

Feel how natural and easy it is to breathe this way,

To allow your body,

Mind and soul to sink deeper into relaxation.

With each breath,

You are creating a perfect balance,

A perfect harmony within yourself.

And now simply continue to breathe in this natural,

Regular and deep way.

Feel yourself relaxing more and more with each breath,

Each exhale taking you deeper in a state of profound calm and peace.

Know that as you continue this practice,

You are safe,

You are fine and you are allowing yourself to experience the full depth of relaxation and inner peace.

Just inhale and exhale in a natural,

Regular and deep way.

Just release all your stress and all your worries.

Just breathe,

Relax and let go.

Each breath guiding you,

Each exhale releasing,

Taking you deeper and deeper into a state of perfect relaxation.

Just continue with your natural,

Regular and deep breathing.

And now imagine yourself standing at the top of a wonderful staircase.

It is a beautiful and safe staircase,

Leading you down to a place of deep relaxation and positivity.

With each step you take,

You will go deeper into a state of peaceful relaxation.

There are 10 steps in total.

As I count down from 10 to 1,

Take a step down and go deeper with each number.

10,

Stepping down,

Feeling more relaxed.

9,

Deeper and deeper.

8,

Feeling calm and peaceful.

7,

Going down,

Down,

Down.

6,

More relaxed,

More at ease.

5,

Halfway there and feeling so good.

4,

Deeper still into a state of bliss and harmony.

3,

Almost there and so relaxed.

2,

Deeper than before.

And 1,

At the bottom,

Feeling deeply relaxed and at peace.

Now imagine you are in a place that brings you immense joy and happiness.

This might be a beautiful beach,

A peaceful forest,

A vibrant meadow or any other place where you feel a deep sense of joy and contentment.

Look around and take in the sights.

Notice the colors,

The scenery and the details that make this place so special.

Hear the sounds,

Perhaps the gentle lapping of waves,

The rustling of leaves or the joyful songs of the birds.

And feel the sensations,

The warmth of the sun on your skin,

The cool breeze,

The softness of the grass or the texture of the sand beneath your feet.

And smell the scents of your surroundings,

The fresh sea air,

The fragrant flowers or the earthy aroma of the forest.

As you immerse yourself in this joyful place,

Allow yourself to feel a deep sense of happiness and contentment.

Let these feelings grow and expand within you.

In this deeply relaxed state,

Your subconscious mind is open and receptive to positive ideas,

Feelings and suggestions.

We are now going to address and release any blockages you may have regarding happiness and joy.

Imagine yourself standing in a beautiful meadow filled with vibrant flowers and bathed in warm sunlight.

This meadow represents the happiness and joy that are available to you.

And as you walk through the meadow,

You become aware of any blockages or limiting beliefs that have been holding you back from experiencing true happiness and the joy of life.

These blockages may appear as dark clouds or heavy stones that you are carrying with you.

Acknowledge these blockages,

Knowing that they are simply old beliefs and patterns that no longer serve your well-being.

Now take a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Visualize these dark clouds or heavy stones dissolving and fading away.

And feel the weight lifting from your shoulders as you release each blockage,

Each of your limiting beliefs.

And as you continue to release these blockages,

Repeat the following affirmations silently,

Allowing them to sink deeply into your subconscious mind.

I am worthy of happiness and joy.

I release now all my blockages and limiting beliefs about my happiness.

I am open to experiencing joy in every moment of life.

I embrace life with a joyful heart.

I am grateful for the happiness that flows naturally into my life.

I am worthy of happiness and joy.

I release now all my blockages and limiting beliefs about my own happiness.

I am open to experiencing joy in every moment of life.

I embrace life with a joyful heart.

I am grateful for the happiness that flows naturally into my life.

I am worthy of happiness and joy.

I release now all blockages and limiting beliefs about my own happiness.

I am open to experiencing joy in every moment of my life.

I embrace life with a joyful heart.

I am grateful for the happiness that flows into my life naturally.

Feel the truth of these affirmations resonating within you.

Visualize the meadow glowing with a golden light symbolizing the happiness and joy of life that now flow freely into your life.

Know that you are deeply connected to this infinite source of happiness.

And now take a moment to imagine yourself living a life filled with happiness and joy.

See yourself smiling,

Laughing,

And feeling fulfilled in every aspect of your life.

Picture yourself surrounded by positive,

Uplifting energy and enjoying every moment to the fullest.

Feel the emotions of joy,

Of gratitude,

And fulfillment as you experience this wonderful,

Joyful life.

Allow these feelings to fill your heart and your mind,

Knowing that you deserve all the happiness that life has to offer.

And as you continue to enjoy this wonderful place,

This meadow,

Imagine a beautiful,

Radiant yellow light forming in front of you.

This yellow light represents the infinite happiness and joy of creation.

See and feel this yellow light pulsing with energy,

Radiating lightness,

Freedom,

Positivity,

And joy.

Now imagine this radiant yellow light beginning to move towards you.

And as it reaches you,

Feel it gently enveloping you,

Filling your entire being with the energy of happiness and joy.

And let this light flow through you,

Touching every cell,

Every fiber,

And every part of your being.

Feel this energy dissolving any feelings of sadness,

Of negativity,

Replacing them with feelings of happiness,

Joy,

And contentment.

Allow yourself to fully embrace this energy,

Knowing that you are deserving all the happiness and all the joy the universe has to offer.

And repeat the following affirmations to yourself silently.

I am ready and open to experience happiness and joy in my life.

Joy flows to me effortlessly and abundantly.

I am deserving all the happiness that comes my way.

I attract positive and joyful experiences.

My life is filled with happiness and joy.

I am open to experience happiness and joy in my life.

Joy flows to me effortlessly and abundantly.

In a moment I will count from one to five and as I do you will gradually return to full awareness.

Bringing back with you the energy and feeling of happiness and the joy of life.

Slowly beginning to come back.

Two,

Becoming more aware of your surroundings,

Taking some deep breath.

Three,

Feeling refreshed and positive.

Four,

Almost fully awake.

And five,

Wide awake,

Feeling wonderful and joyful.

Take some more deep breath and open your eyes.

Stretch yourself,

You are now fully awake and ready to enjoy the rest of your day.

Carrying with you the energy and the feeling of happiness and joy.
