As you settle into your normal pace of breathing,
I invite you to follow your breath into your body.
Feeling this life force flow into your vessel and your field.
Following this breath up to your energy centers,
Up to your Ajna chakra,
Also known as the third eye chakra.
Your center for awareness,
Discernment and visualization.
Breathing into this space as you begin to see yourself in a massive open field covered in lush green grass seeing all species of flora and fauna surrounding you.
All of these beings flowing in harmony with one another.
True balance and equilibrium in their ecosystem.
Feeling the soft grass underneath your bare feet and the warm sun shining on your face.
Remembering these connections to the earth and the sky.
Knowing that you are always connected,
Supported and guided.
You feel the wind begin to pick up as a gentle breeze brushes your face.
Guiding you to turn and see in the distance the most impressive mountain you have ever seen.
Incredible in size with what seems to be a glowing light you feel a pull,
A calling.
You begin to walk towards the mountain feeling its energy grow with each breath.

And as you grow closer to the mountain you realize that this is no ordinary mountain.
You see that the glow is caused by a reflection of light from the sun.
This mountain is made of crystal.
As you arrive at the foot of the mountain you see its light shining so powerfully that you can feel it on your skin.
Its healing rays and warm glow invite you in.
Following your intuition you step into the mountain.
Immediately seeing yourself transported into the most beautiful crystal cavern you have ever seen.
You see the walls,
Cave ceiling and floor covered with crystals of all shapes,
Colors and sizes.
Vibrating and emanating with strength and protection.
Looking at the ground before you you see a bright crystal that seems to glow in a way different to the others.
Captivated by its light you reach down and take it in your hand.
You can feel its power condense into this button-sized stone.
And once again with full trust in your intuition you put the crystal in your mouth and swallow.
Feeling its energy travel down your exuberant eyes.
And slowly and slowly you follow.
Feeling its energy travel down your energetic sensors to the base of your spine.
And begin to expand from this space.
Spreading its light down across your waist,
Through your hips,
Down your leg,
Past your knees,
To your feet and out your toes.
Up through your belly,
Across your torso,
Up to your shoulders,
Down your arms,
Through your forearm,
To your hand and out your fingertips.
Expanding to your throat,
Up your neck,
Across your face and out to the crown of your head.
Feeling this incredible energy in every cell of your being.
The power,
Support and protection from these crystals.
Their impenetrable hardness,
Their undying light,
The safety,
Magic and honest reflection.
As you feel yourself become one with the crystals.
And in that moment see your perspective zoom out to watch the crystal mountain double over itself to form a crystal diamond.
See yourself standing in the center of its square platform,
Right in the middle.
Zooming back in to see beneath this glowing semi-transparent platform.
Deep down where the bottom corner sits.
Calmly resting,
Held in the core of the earth.
Connected to this ever abundant power source.
As you look to either side,
Left and right,
See the corners of this platform stretch out past the horizons.
Looking in front of you and behind you to see these corners expand out further than your eyes can see.
And then looking up towards the top corner of this crystal diamond to see this point piercing through the clouds,
Breaking the sky as the light shines through.
As the clouds part you see four beautiful,
Colorful orbs of light beginning to descend.
Swirling,
Turning,
Spinning,
Rotating.
Seeing these lights dance down to the four corners of your platform.
As the lights reach the corners,
See the feet of the archangels appear at each point.
