Find a comfortable position and let's begin.
Gently close your eyes.
Take three deep breaths,
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Allow your breath to find its natural rhythm.
Simply be present as it flows in and out.
Bring your awareness to the center of your chest,
The space of your heart.
Place one hand over your heart.
With each breath,
Imagine drawing directly into your heart center.
Feel your heart softening and opening with each exhale.
Imagine a warm,
Radiant light glowing in your chest,
Growing brighter with each breath.
Bring to mind something in your life that you feel grateful for.
Notice how gratitude feels in your body.
Perhaps warmth in your chest or a gentle smile.
Allow this feeling to expand from your heart outward,
Flowing throughout your entire being.
Imagine this energy of gratitude radiating beyond your physical form.
Extend this heart energy to the people in your life,
Connecting heart to heart across any distance.
Know that you can access this heart center gratitude anytime.
You can repeat this meditation daily and think about a different thing that you feel grateful for.

Carrying this heart energy with you.
