Hey friend,
Here's a quick meditation to help you remember that you're enough right here in this moment.
We spend a lot of time in life working on being better or more in some way or form.
And I invite you to practice for the next few moments or minutes,
Getting still and quiet and remembering all that you are seeking that is already inside.
If you have an essential oil,
I invite you to use something super happy and uplifting like Wild Orange,
Which is the oil of joy and creativity and abundance.
You can just put a drop into your hands,
Rub your hands together.
And then as you sit tall,
Bring your hands up towards your face and receive just a few slow rounds of breath and allow that aroma to quickly connect you with that higher self,
Higher vibration and the abundance of joy and light that's already within.
Take a few more rounds of breath.
And when you feel complete,
You can rest your hands down and you can keep your eyes closed.
We'll stay a little longer.
As you get still,
Let your body settle.
Feel the connection of your breath and your body rise and fall of your chest.
And your belly breathing in,
Breathing out.
Just tune in to where you feel good,
Where you feel open.
And take a moment to celebrate that,
Honor that.
You can also notice where you might need a little extra love and attention today.
And take a moment to be with that.
Breathe into that and send some loving energy to those areas of yourself that need a little more support.
And as we stay a little longer,
Resting and breathing and being,
I invite you to practice this simple mantra.
As you breathe in,
I am.
As you breathe out,
Enough.
And let those words settle into every cell of your body.
Breathing in,
I am.
Breathing out,
Enough.
And notice what that feels like to be enough right here,
Right now,
As you are in this moment.
We'll stay a little longer and feel free to continue that simple mantra silently in your mind as you remember your enoughness again and again.
I'll take one or two more breaths here.
You are enough.
And as you're ready,
We'll prepare to move back into the day.
You can take a slower,
Deeper breath in and a slower,
Satisfying breath out.
And from that space of enoughness,
Slowly open your eyes.
Namaste.
