Finding your truth in this moment can shift your biochemistry and open a portal into a new reality.
Close your eyes and rest into this moment.
Feeling the qualities of this moment.
Ask yourself,
What is my intention?
What really matters to me?
This is your time to connect to the world behind your eyes with each inhale and each exhale.
What does this moment feel like?
What does yourself feel like in this moment?
The more your conscious mind relaxes,
The more your unconscious self awakens and you are becoming more aware of your inner world and your divine presence in this world.
We are going to take four deep breaths and go into an even deeper state of being.
Breathing a deep inhale,
Then forcing out the air on the exhale.
Four times.
Feel the sensations as you tune into your body.
As the music moves in between the layers of your being,
Vibrating in between yourselves.
Imagine a golden ball of light surrounding you.
Feel a wave of relaxation come over the top of your head as the golden light flows into you.
What does this golden light feel like?
As it moves down your neck,
Your shoulders,
This golden energy flows down your spine and collecting,
Swirling at the base of your spine.
This energy is opening your pelvic area,
Creating awareness and space between your hips.
Being aware of the left,
The right,
And then the center.
Feeling the balance within your body,
The balance of moving forward.
This golden energy continues to move down your thighs.
As the light flows down through the bottoms of your body,
Your whole body is grounded into this moment.
What is true for you now?
You are the observer.
Release.
Allow.
Scan your body.
Notice any tightness or tension.
What emotions are present?
Is it fear?
Anxiety?
Anger?
Or might your curiosity?
Some emotions are tied to beliefs or fears that may not even belong to you or the you you are becoming.
Sometimes we plug into beliefs that do not serve us.
Beliefs from the past,
From family,
From a relationship.
Whatever the belief,
Notice.
Allow it to be.
Release.
How much space can you create inside of your body now?
Feel how good the spaciousness feels.
The more space you feel,
The lighter you are,
The easier it is to unplug from any beliefs that limit you,
That have stopped you in the past,
Or have caused you fear.
Ask yourself,
What would life be like if I didn't have that belief?
Who would I be without that fear?
All we are is change,
And we are changing.
Now place your attention inside of your heart.
Your heart is the seat of your soul.
Notice what your heart feels like in this moment.
Can you sense the qualities of your soul?
Imagine your body is cradled by the arms of the universe.
Can you touch that part of you that is timeless?
Infinite.
Invite the wisdom of your heart.
Ask yourself,
Where do you feel challenged?
Wishing things were different?
Are you challenged by a relationship?
Your work?
Your health?
Body?
What is true for you now?
Allow it to be.
No judgment.
You are the observer.
Scan your body for any resistance you may feel.
Place your hand over that area of your body.
Give yourself some love,
Kindness,
A gentle healing.
The golden light is surrounding your heart.
Listen to its wisdom.
Ask your heart,
What is this challenge teaching me?
What is my gift?
Sometimes our greatest challenges are our greatest gifts.
Is it patience?
Gratitude?
Kindness?
Resilience?
Understandable?
Not strategetizing?
Imagining the whole of your life.
What is everything else that is not that challenge?
Sense the qualities of your soul radiating out of your heart and radiating out of the whole crown of your head.
Imagine a golden temple being built around you.
What does it look like?
Notice the qualities.
This is the temple of possibility,
Your temple of becoming.
Dwell within and notice what is it that you want to create for yourself,
For your life.
Visualize your intention and your possibility on the altar of your temple.
Invite divine teachers,
Spirit guides,
Angels,
God or the Goddess to join you here.
Feel their presence.
Ask them for a message to support you in your becoming.
Feel the quality of yourself expanding like a calling.
You are changing now.
You don't have to know how things will happen.
Just know they are happening.
What is the first step you can take into your becoming?
To become it more deeply.
To expand yourself fully.
Imagine generously sharing this with someone you love.
With the world.
Envision your possibility every day and create your future now.
Your unconscious mind,
Your body is remembering what becoming feels like.
Lean towards what makes you feel good.
Like a plant or a flower.
Vision up toward your golden sun.
