No thing,
Nowhere,
No time.
This experience is designed to guide you into a deeply relaxed and altered state of awareness.
For your safety and full benefit,
Choose a quiet,
Safe space where you will not be disturbed.
Now let's begin.
Bring yourself to a comfortable position,
Arms by your side or gently resting on your lap,
Eyes closed.
Bring all awareness to the breath.
We'll begin by taking three deep conscious breaths together.
Inhale fully through the nose,
Hold,
Exhale slowly through the mouth and release all tension.
Again,
Inhale,
Peace,
Exhale and let go.
One more time,
Inhale deeply into your belly and exhale,
Become free and open.
Now in your mind's eye,
Begin to count slowly from seven down to one.
And with each number,
Feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper into relaxed and receptive state.
Seven,
Let go of the surface.
Six,
Feel your body growing heavier.
Five,
The outside world fades away.
Four,
Peace is expanding within you.
Three,
Stillness rises.
Two,
You are safe.
And one,
You are ready.
Now,
Begin by placing your attention on no body.
Take your focus off your physical body.
Let go of your awareness of your hands,
Your feet,
Your chest,
Your heartbeat.
Release the sense of your face,
Your physical self-image,
Your form.
You are not this body.
You are not confined by it.
You are no body.
Now shift your attention to no one.
Let go of all the roles you play.
Parent,
Partner,
Friend,
Teacher,
Child.
Release the identity of who you've been in relation to others.
No labels,
No stories,
No need to be seen or understood.
You are no one.
I'll bring your awareness to no thing.
There is no object to fix.
There is no situation to control.
No problems,
No goals.
No attachments.
Let your mind rest in pure.
No thingness.
Just space.
Just silence.
Just being.
Now shift into nowhere.
You are not in a room.
You are not in a city,
A country,
Or a point on a map.
You have no location.
You are floating in infinite space.
Unbound,
Unanchored,
Free.
You are nowhere.
Step beyond time into no time.
There is no past.
There is no future.
There is only the eternal now.
You are beyond schedules.
Beyond clocks.
Beyond memory and imagination.
You are in no time.
Now you are nobody.
You are no one.
You are no thing.
You are nowhere.
You are in no time.
And in this sacred space,
You are in the unknown here.
You are pure awareness here.
You are pure potential.
There is no identity.
No structure.
No limitation.
Only an open channel to the divine.
To creation.
To inspiration.
To unconditional love.
Allow yourself to surrender fully.
Let go of needing to understand.
Let go of effort.
Just be empty,
Still,
Infant.
Now simply remain here in the boundless field of infinite possibilities.
Rest in it.
Breathe it in.
Let it move through you.

I am nobody.

I am no thing.

I am pure awareness.

I am undefinable.
I am an open channel to the divine.
I am an open channel to creation.
I am unconditional love.
I surrender to my truth and I allow the illusion to fall away.
Silently repeat these affirmations after me.
I am one with the infinite field of possibility.
I surrender completely to the unknown and trust the unfolding.
I am free,
Open and aligned with divine intelligence.
I am.
You have touched the infinite and now you can live from that space from freedom,
From creativity,
From truth.
And today you carry with you the stillness,
The vastness and the deep knowing that you are far more than your body,
Your roles and your surroundings.
Now gently begin to bring your awareness back.
Not rushing,
