You I Now begin to simply sit With my back perfectly straight,
And I begin to focus all of my attention on my breath It is very comfortable for me to sit here and focus on my breathing In this relaxed state I begin to let go of all worries doubts and fears I Now release all the tension in my life and my body I Make a conscious decision to take time every day to nurture myself to be still and to be peaceful I Claimed this time for me And I allow myself to be fully present in this very moment My focus is on me And I realize that I am the most important person in my life I Realize that everything begins and ends within me It is in this realization That I come to understand That I deserve this quiet time And I consciously dedicate this time to nurturing my mind My body and my emotions I Allow my body to fall into a deep state of relaxation I Feel the warm calm I feel the warm comfortable feeling of heaviness floating throughout my body I Continue to let go I relax my legs my arms my lower and upper body my neck shoulders and head I now sink deeper and deeper into this wonderful and comfortable feeling of warmth peace and harmony I Feel completely safe right here right now I Now start to direct my breath consciously into different parts of my body It is easy for me to breathe in any fashion that I choose I Start without any effort to inhale and exhale into my left lung Again inhaling and exhaling into my left lung Now I inhale and exhale into my left lung and into my left hip I Now expand my breathing focus and I inhale and exhale into my Left hip and now up into my left shoulder.
I Am consciously inhaling and exhaling into the left side of my body I now come back to my normal breath breathing easily into my entire body I now come back to my normal breath breathing easily into my entire body Again breathing in to my entire body I Now consciously start to inhale and exhale into my right lung Again inhaling and exhaling into my right lung I now inhale and exhale into my right lung and into my right hip I Now expand my breathing focus and I inhale and exhale into my right lung My right hip and now up into my right shoulder.
I Am consciously inhaling and exhaling into my right lung I am consciously inhaling and exhaling into the right side of my body I Now return to my normal breathing pattern and breathe easily into my entire body I Am consciously inhaling and exhaling into my entire body I inhale and exhale into both lungs I inhale and exhale into both hips I inhale and exhale into both shoulders I consciously breathe into both sides of my body And I now imagine inhaling into my hips and down to my legs And into my toes and up into both shoulders I inhale down to the legs into the toes I Now imagine myself breathing up through my shoulders Into my arms Into my arms Into my fingertips Up to my neck into my head So that I consciously inhale into my whole body For the very first time I inhale into my entire body I feel all of my muscles getting heavy I feel all of my muscles getting heavier and heavier now Because the blood flow is better and more efficient My muscles are now fully relaxed I now scan my body and if there is any tension anywhere in my body I inhale consciously into that part of my body and release any tension I now breathe into my whole body and I feel deeply relaxed In this relaxed state I now inhale a warm golden light into my entire body This light fills every cell of my body with oxygen And my body relaxes even more releasing any and all remaining tension And I now breathe completely normally I now start to breathe into the center of my body Into the center of my existence Two inches below my belly button I only breathe into the middle of my body I find my inner peace and balance now I am in complete harmony with myself and my environment I inhale this warm golden light into the middle of my body And as I do I inhale strength,
Energy,
Power and health And now as I exhale I visualize myself breathing out a dark gray light Which represents all tension,
Doubts,
Worries and fear I inhale strength,
Energy,
Power and health And I exhale all tension,
Doubts,
Fears and worries Whenever I inhale I feel better,
Stronger and self confident And my body is completely relaxed Whenever I exhale I feel more free,
Relieved and relaxed I now inhale into my whole body and I inhale this warm golden healing light Into every cell and into the whole room that surrounds me And I feel so good,
I feel so relaxed,
I feel so relieved I inhale deeply and I exhale slowly And I feel so relaxed and in control of my life I feel strong and confident now Every cell of my body is filled with energy,
Power and health My breathing is perfect now and it works by itself All of my body functions are working perfectly now I feel so alive and so strong It is with this feeling that I now allow myself to come back to this time and this place Relaxed,
Whole,
Worthy and powerful I bring my attention back to my body and I gently move my fingers,
My toes,
My face And I become more aware of this present moment I now slowly open my eyes and I see my life through a whole new filter And I realize my life is good and for that I am grateful Thank you for watching!
