Join me and allow your mind to relax.
Feel that universal power surrounding you,
Supporting you.
Allow every muscle in your body to just relax.
And feel the energy of the universe rising up through your feet,
Into your calves and your legs.
Feel any tension,
Any strain just melt away as your body relaxes.
And feel that energy seeping upwards through the stomach and the abdomen,
Through your chest and your shoulders.
Feel the muscles relax.
And allow your mind to become silent.
And you can let any outside sounds simply serve to deepen this meditation.
And now join me as we travel away from this space and travel away from this time out into the unbounded possibilities of the universe.
Simply allow your mind to wander up,
Up,
Up into the universe.
And as you travel away from this planet out into the limitless possibilities,
You become aware of the beautiful shimmering light surrounding you and become aware of the color of your light.
It may be green or blue,
A soft,
Soft orange or a vibrant yellow.
It might even be a pure,
Crisp white light.
Just feel the light surrounding you.
And recognize this light as your light,
The light that you shine out into the cosmos,
Into the universe.
Realize how your light travels out in front of you and trails behind you,
Much like a garden path,
Leading you farther and farther out into the cosmos,
Out into the great world of possibilities.
And as you hover there,
Experiencing your divinity,
Experiencing your light,
You begin to recognize other beams of light,
Different colors,
Different intensities,
Traveling here and there amongst the stars and the planets.
And deep within yourself,
You realize each one of these light beams represents an individual person.
These beams of light represent our individual path through the human experience and through the spiritual experience.
Take notice now.
Realize how some beams of light crisscross yours.
Some may even be intertwined and may travel together as if one.
And some of those beams intertwined with yours break off and head in a different direction.
But you can rest assured that your path,
Your light,
Always leads you to the infinite.
And you begin to realize you're traveling.
Your path of light is propelling you forward,
Pulling you towards something greater,
Something more magnificent.
And you can see out in the distance a golden light,
A warm golden glow out there in front of you.
And as you recognize this light,
This glow,
You begin to recognize your path spiraling closer and closer and closer.
And you begin to recognize those other lights,
Those other beams also spiraling in towards this magnificent golden orb.
As you travel closer,
You recognize the warmth,
The peace,
The joy that you experience as your light mingles and becomes part of this one,
This one beautiful golden orb.
It is here that you recognize how vast the golden orb really is.
For within the orb is the origin and the destination of every path of light.
Emanating outwards,
Traveling through the cosmos,
And eventually returning to the orb.
Soak it in,
Feel your connection to the one,
To the golden orb.
And within this orb exists the answer to every question,
The solution to every problem.
Spend a moment now and search within the orb for the answers that you seek.
Good.
Very good.
And as you now feel those answers within you,
Recognize that the golden orb of oneness is not a solitary experience,
This orb exists within you and you are welcome to visit at any time.
For within the orb is the collective consciousness of all mankind and you exist as a perfect expression of the oneness.
Within the orb you express as part of the connection of all life,
Part of the synchronicity of all life.
And take that truth and hold it deep within your heart.
Remembering this experience always exists.
Simply set your intention and visit the golden orb.
Good.
And for now,
We step back onto our individual path,
Our individual beam of light and allow that light to propel us back,
Back into the cosmos,
Back towards our galaxy,
Towards the Milky Way,
Back towards the planet Earth.
And as your light begins to circle the planet,
You're able to locate your home,
The country where you were born,
The place that you now know as your domicile,
Your home.
So allow yourself to come back to this time,
To this space,
Remembering the orb as always with you and always available for another visit.
And now you can feel the support of your chair or the bed.
You recognize yourself as back within this time,
Within this space.
And always remembering to be oh so gentle with yourself.
When you're ready,
Simply open your eyes and become present in this moment,
In this time.
And within this human experience,
Recognize yourself as a divine aspect of the one.
Recognize yourself as that beam of light traveling through the farthest reaches of the universe and back to this time.
