Hello I'm Richard Willis and welcome to your three-minute guided meditation for stress relief.

A quick break to release tension and worry and reset your mind back to a calm relaxed state.

Take a moment to get comfortable and then take some deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth noticing the feeling of the air as it flows through you.

Give yourself permission to let go of other thoughts no matter how pressing.

Right now it's just you and your breath.

Enjoy the smooth sensation of those deep breaths really letting go on each out breath.

Now you can let your eyes close as your mind continues to settle and relax.

Letting your breath return to its own natural rhythm.

Notice the body relaxing too.

Resting on the surface underneath it.

Feeling the contact with that surface.

Being aware of the body as a relaxed whole.

Resting.

Notice the gentle motion of the body as it breathes.

The chest,

The stomach.

Wave after gentle wave.

Relaxing.

Rest with this awareness for a moment.

Now bringing that sense of relaxation with you.

Open your eyes and go forth into the rest of your day with calm focus.
