Hello my friend.
Welcome to this guided meditation to clear your mind.
When your mind is clear,
You experience life in a whole new way.
You will be able to easily tap into the flow of creative energy.
You will be able to think more clearly and make better decisions about your work and personal life.
You will be able to handle stress and anxiety better,
Which also means you will be able to enjoy more experiences.
Think how wonderful it feels to breathe through your nostrils after it has been blocked because of a cold.
An even better sense of peace and calm is what you'll experience with a clear mind.
This meditation takes advantage of a mantra and your ability to imagine to clear your mind.
We'll begin by setting an intention.
To set a powerful intention,
Ask yourself what you would do differently if you had a clear mind.
Get comfortable wherever you are.
Alert your body to prepare for the experience of clearing your mind by inhaling deeply for a count of four,
Three,
Two,
One,
And exhaling.
Place your palms on your thighs.
Find a spot in front of you and stare at it softly.
I am going to count down from four to one now.
The closer I get to one,
The heavier your eyelids will become until they eventually close.
Your eyelids are heavier now.
You can barely see out of your eyes.
Your eyelids are a thousand times heavier now.
Your eyelids are now completely closed.
Continue to breathe.
See yourself in a large room with white walls and large windows.
There is a white bed,
A white cupboard,
And white TV stand in the room.
On the bed are pink linens,
Two pillows,
A wireless speaker,
And a throw blanket.
The cupboard is filled with books,
Stuffed animals,
And storage containers.
There are belts hanging out of the containers and many of the containers are empty.
The TV stand has a clock and multiple jewelry boxes on it.
However,
All your jewelry is out of the box and scattered on the TV stand.
There are also hairbrushes,
A lint remover,
And candles on the TV stand.
The floor has a gray area rug.
You can barely see it because it is covered by electronic cords,
Dirty clothes,
And more pillows.
The room is messy.
It represents the current state of your mind.
Say to yourself,
I am ready to clear my mind.
Continue to breathe normally as you see yourself begin to organize your room.
See yourself pick up the dirty clothes from the floor and put in the laundry hamper.
Move the electronic cords into storage bins.
Now see yourself put your jewelry in its box.
Clear the top of the TV stand.
Put what you don't need in a trash bag.
See yourself now begin to organize your cupboard.
Rearrange your books and the rest of your storage containers.
Place your stuffed animals neatly on the cupboard.
Now see yourself change your sheets on your bed.
Move your wireless speaker to the TV stand.
Grab one of your favorite stuffed animals from the cupboard and place it gently on your bed.
See yourself open the windows.
Feel a soft breeze flow freely through your organized room.
Take this time to light a candle.
Your organized room now represents your clear mind.
Say to yourself,
I am grateful my mind is clear.
Inhale deeply for a count of three,
Two,
One and hold.
Inhale again for a count of two,
One and now exhale.
Notice how you feel.
Pay attention to how you think.
Is it clearer now?
Are you calmer?
Slowly rub your hands together and place them over your eyes.
This melts away the heaviness in your eyelids.
And now you can slowly open your eyes.
Continue to breathe normally.
Your mind is now clearer,
Allowing you to be the best version of yourself.
