Perry Dougherty

Perry Dougherty is the founder of Rootwise Leadership, an organization that connects ancient wisdom and innovate leadership development theories to support you in leading with purpose, presence, values, and voice. Perry teaches mindfulness meditation and other contemplative practices as a core part of leadership development. Her teachings and practice is rooted in the Insight and Vipassana traditions of Buddhism. While her teachers are primarily Western Buddhists, she honors the lineage of their Theravada teachings that originated in Burma and Thailand.
