
Astral Projection Meditation | Visualization Technique
This astral travel guided meditation guides you through an OBE technique called the target technique. It is set to powerful alpha wave beats, created by Elevated State of Self. My voice will fall away after about 40 minutes of guidance, allowing you to immerse yourself in whatever experience you are having, whether it's deep relaxation, a full-out-of-body experience, or deep sleep.

I'm Rosalie and this is a guided meditation designed to help you have an out-of-body experience or astral project with ease.
You may also have a sense of connecting to a more subtle part of yourself,
Your non-physical energy body,
Or you may slip into a state of deep conscious rest or deep sleep.
You may also find yourself waking up at a later point,
Perhaps in an out-of-body experience or in the vibrational state.
Welcome whatever experience is most needed for you at this time.
No pressure,
No expectations.
Come into this with an open mind,
Allowing whatever happens next to flow with ease and know that you are held and safe in this space.
I will first guide you to a state of mind awake,
Body asleep using yoga nidra techniques.
This practice is also sometimes referred to as NSDR,
Non-sleep deep rest.
I will then guide you through a simple technique to exit your physical body.
There are many techniques,
The one we will explore in this meditation does draw in your sense of visualization,
But if this isn't strong for you,
Try to sense this using all your senses.
My voice will then slip away,
Allowing you to continue whatever experience you're having.
Let's begin.
Take a few moments here to settle in.
Lying down preferably on your back,
Could you stretch your legs out and let your feet flop to the sides?
Use any props you might need to help you feel warm,
Comfortable,
Cocooned.
You may like a pillow beneath your head,
A blanket on top of you,
Perhaps something to cover your eyes.
Make sure your headphones are comfortable as well.
And is there anything you could do to be even a tiny bit more comfortable?
Make any final adjustments now to really land into the support beneath you.
Allowing the body to feel cradled,
Held,
Completely supported by the surface beneath you.
Throughout this practice,
Could you try to remain completely still,
But if there's anything that prevents you from fully relaxing,
For example if you need to scratch,
There's no harm in moving,
But then return to stillness.
Let's begin with 3 big cleansing breaths.
Let's take a nice big inhale through the nose,
A nice big exhale through the mouth,
Sighing it out,
And again.
One more,
The biggest inhale you've taken all day.
Allow the lips to come together,
Breathing in and out through the nose,
And with every exhale,
Allow any tension to drain from the body.
Releasing any sense of effort here,
Nothing is required of you here.
No thinking,
No planning,
The whole of you fully present.
And now could you sense the surface beneath you,
Noticing all the meeting points between your back body and the support beneath you.
Now sensing into the front of your body,
Noticing the touch of clothes or the blanket on top of you,
Now sensing the air on your skin,
Noticing the sense of warmth or coolness.
Now could you imagine or sense the walls around you,
The ceiling above you.
Now just for a moment,
Could you imagine you could zoom out,
Looking down at your physical body from the corner of the ceiling above you,
Looking down at your physical body,
Noticing its shape,
How it's lying here completely still,
Resting,
Noticing from the outside.
Now zooming back into the body,
Back fully in the physical body,
All of your awareness in the physical body.
And could you soften all the muscles of your face,
Letting all expression melt away in the face,
From the forehead,
The eyes,
The jaw,
The mouth,
Allowing the shoulders to soften,
The whole body releasing,
Letting go.
Could you soften the muscle of your mind,
You might imagine your mind relaxing open,
You might imagine releasing yourself from the world of thinking,
As you drop down into the realms of sensing,
Feeling and listening.
Listening to all the sounds within your space,
The sounds of this recording.
Now could you drop down into the heart space,
The centre of your chest,
And could you welcome in your sankalpa,
Your heart's deepest desire,
Perhaps your own,
Or if you're not working with a sankalpa,
You might welcome the phrase,
I am a being of unlimited potential and astral project with ease.
Could you internally whisper your sankalpa or this phrase to yourself three times,
I am a being of unlimited potential and astral project with ease.
As you repeat this to yourself,
Really feel it through your whole being,
Planting this seed of intent deep within your heart.
Now we will begin to rotate our awareness through different parts of the body,
Could you allow your attention to flow to each part of your body as I name it,
And might you imagine placing a little point of light,
Of starlight,
At that part,
That part glowing like a little star,
Point by point lighting up all parts of your body,
Bringing awareness and tension and light.
We will move quickly from one part to the next and as your attention moves through the body,
The body remains completely still.
Beginning at the right thumb,
Placing a little point of starlight at the right thumb,
Second finger,
Third,
Fourth and little finger.
The palm of your hand,
The back of your hand,
The right wrist,
Forearm,
The upper arm,
The right shoulder,
The right arm,
The right arm,
The right shoulder,
Armpit,
The right hip,
The sole of your foot,
The top of your foot,
The right big toe,
Second toe,
Third,
Fourth and little toe.
The whole right side of your body,
Full of sensation,
All the little points of light shining brightly.
Now gathering all your awareness at the left thumb,
Placing a little point of starlight at the left thumb,
Second finger,
Third,
Fourth and little finger.
The palm of your hand,
The back of your hand,
The left wrist,
Forearm,
Elbow,
Upper arm,
The right arm,
The left shoulder,
Armpit,
The sole of your foot,
The top of your foot,
The left big toe,
Second toe,
Third,
Fourth and little toe.
Sensing the whole left side of the body,
The whole left side full of sensation,
All the little points of light shining brightly.
Now bringing all your awareness to the back body,
Placing a tiny point of starlight at the heels,
The back of your legs,
The bum cheeks,
The sacrum,
The middle back,
The shoulder blades,
The upper back,
The back of your neck and the back of your head.
Little points of light lighting up the whole back body,
The whole back body full of sensation and awareness shining brightly.
And now the front body,
Placing a tiny point of starlight at the top of your head,
The center of your forehead,
The right eyebrow,
The right eye,
Temple,
The right ear,
And inside the right ear.
Returning to the little point of light at the center of your forehead,
The left eyebrow,
Temple,
The left ear,
And inside the left ear.
A little point of light to the tip of your nose,
The upper lip,
The bottom lip,
The roof of your mouth,
Inside the right cheek,
Inside the left cheek,
The chin,
The whole face and head full of sensation.
These tiny points of starlight shining brightly now.
And now placing a little point of light at the center of the throat,
The center of the chest,
The heart space,
Shining brightly.
Little points of light at both shoulders.
And now light flowing down both arms all the way to the fingertips.
Sensing the tips of all ten fingers.
Tiny points of light at the tip of all ten fingers.
Sensing the space between each finger.
Each finger like a little stream of light and energy that flows into the space beyond.
And now sensing both arms together full of sensation.
All these little points of light shining brightly.
The arms and hands glowing.
Back to the heart space.
A little point of light at the upper abdomen,
The solar plexus,
Down to the navel center,
The belly,
And both hips.
Little points of light at both hips.
And then imagining sensing light flowing down through the legs all the way down to the tips of your toes.
Sensing the tips of all ten toes.
Little points of light on the tips of all ten toes.
And now sensing both legs and feet together.
Sensing the weight,
The contours of both legs and feet full of awareness.
All these little points of light shining brightly.
Full of little points of light.
Sensing each tiny point of light radiating,
Glowing.
And might you imagine all these little points merging together so the whole body is glowing with light.
And now just for a moment,
Could you imagine yourself zooming out up to the ceiling in the corner of your room,
Looking down at your body,
Seeing it glowing so brightly.
If you can't imagine this,
Could you simply sense it?
Sensing yourself looking down at your body,
Radiating light and energy.
Now zooming back into the body,
And notice the natural rhythm of your breath.
Whole body breathing itself in and out.
And as you inhale,
Could you allow this light to flow into every cell and every part of your body.
Trillions of cells filling up with pure,
Radiant light.
And as you exhale,
Imagine this light glowing more and more all around you.
Filling up as you inhale,
Glowing brighter and brighter as you exhale.
Continue like this for a few moments without changing the breath.
Now could you bring your awareness back to the soles of your feet,
Sensing back into the soles of your feet.
And could you imagine breathing light up from the soles of your feet to the crown of your head.
And as you exhale,
Let this energy swirl around you,
All the way back down to your feet.
Inhaling light through the soles of your feet,
Up to the crown of your head.
Exhale energy and light,
Swirling all around you,
Back down to the soles of your feet.
Just imagine and continue like this a few more rounds.
And sensing into this big bubble of energy and light all around you.
Knowing you're protected and safe in this space.
And could you notice any subtle sensations,
Any vibrations,
Tingling,
Or waves of energy within you?
And if you feel nothing,
That's ok too.
Simply remain here,
The body deeply relaxed,
The mind awake and alert.
Tuning inwards,
Noticing any energy sensations in the body.
If you can sense a sensation,
Could you fully lean into it,
Surrender to it,
Allow it to take over,
Knowing you're completely safe and held in this space.
You might like to take a moment to make them faster,
Flowing up and down the body.
But when they gather momentum,
Could you just step back,
Release all control,
Completely surrender to them,
Just observe.
And if at any point you find yourself intuitively wanting to detach,
To drift away,
Then follow that urge.
Your non-physical energy body may feel it's ready to roll out,
To sit up,
To float up,
Or maybe to sink down.
If at any point you feel this urge,
Then listen to that guidance,
Remembering that you are a being of unlimited potential and can astral project with ease.
And if you're still here with me,
Could you invite the feeling of heaviness through the whole body,
Letting the whole body sink deeper and deeper into the support beneath you.
And as the body gets heavier and heavier,
You might imagine this as though you're shifting gears,
Going deeper and deeper within yourself as the body gets heavier and heavier,
Sinking deeper and deeper down,
Letting yourself get so heavy you sink deeper and deeper down.
And now could you invite the feeling of lightness through the whole body,
The body so light and weightless,
Starting to float upwards,
Floating up and up like a white cloud in the sky,
Drifting,
Letting go as the body gets lighter and lighter,
Completely letting go,
Surrendering to the experience.
And if you're still here with me,
Can you sense your non-physical energy body that energetic duplicate of your physical body,
That more subtle part of you that can easily float away and explore beyond the limits of the physical body,
Completely free of all limits.
You might feel it as a tingling sensation or as a light around you,
Or perhaps something else.
And if you feel any vibrations or waves of energy,
Completely surrender to them,
Let them take over,
Simply notice them,
Watch them.
And now bringing all your awareness back to the mind's eye,
The centre of your forehead,
And could you imagine a doorway,
A portal.
You might see this as a vortex of swirling energy and light,
Colours swirling,
Creating this portal.
This is a passage between the physical and the non-physical worlds.
Could you imagine this created in your mind?
Notice the size,
The shape,
The colours.
Are there any sounds?
Could you see it in front of you,
Swirling,
Beckoning you in?
And if you don't see this,
Can you sense this,
Perhaps sensing the movement of energy and light?
This big swirling energy,
Drawing you in.
Imagine yourself walking up to this portal,
See it right in front of you.
When you're ready,
Enter this portal,
Perhaps walking through it or diving in head first.
And repeat to yourself,
As I walk through this portal,
I will enter the astral planes.
As I walk through this portal,
I will enter the astral planes.
Walking through the portal or diving in,
Ready for an adventure,
Free to explore,
Perhaps fully out of body or in your mind,
Or perhaps if you are asleep,
Letting yourself wake up in this portal.
And if at any point you feel these energy sensations,
Completely surrender to them,
Taking on the role of an observer,
Just noticing,
Witnessing what is happening.
Let them take over and bring all your awareness away from the body,
Away to this portal of energy,
This vortex of energy that you've created in your mind.
And I will leave you now in this space to continue whatever experience you're having.
