Hi.
I'm just going to lead you through a brief grounding exercise for safety and security.
So just sit comfortably in a chair where your feet can touch the floor,
Flat on the floor.
And all you're going to do is breathe nice and easy.
Inhale through the nose,
And exhale through the mouth.
And that's your only job right now,
Is to keep your feet flat on the floor and let your body relax into the chair.
And nice,
Easy breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
And as you breathe,
Bring your awareness to your root chakra.
I'm just going to allow that to get some attention.
This is where our safety and security comes from,
Through our root chakra,
Down our legs,
Up the soles of our feet,
And to Mother Earth.
So as you breathe,
Start to notice your legs in the chair.
Bring some attention to your calf muscles and allow them to relax and release.
And just keep breathing.
Feel the soles of your feet opening up just a little bit.
Keep relaxing the calf muscles.
Keep allowing the soles of your feet to open.
And take a nice inhale through your nose.
And as you exhale,
Slow it down.
Feel your energy go from your root chakra,
Slowly down your thighs,
Down your calves,
Into your feet,
And out the soles of your feet.
Allow that energy to go down into Mother Earth,
Like roots looking for their home base,
Their place of safety,
Their source of security.
And let them take their time as you meander down.
And soon they'll get to the crystalline core of Mother Earth.
And just allow them to really root in.
Imagine the roots wrapping around the heart of the mother.
Just feel that connection.
Feel that sense of safety,
Sense of security.
Just breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth,
However it feels good for you.
Let your body release a little bit more,
Knowing how strongly,
Firmly you're connected to the great mother,
The heart of the mother.
And slowly allow yourself to feel Mother Earth's energy coming back up your roots that you've dug in so deep and so securely,
Slowly making their way into the soles of your feet,
Slowly up your legs.
And as her energy comes up into your body,
You feel so gently,
So soothingly,
You may feel a warmth,
You may feel a tingle,
Whatever you're feeling is exactly perfect.
So allow it to come up your legs into your root chakra,
To really feel it anchor in there.
You may even put your hand there if that feels even more supportive.
And just take a few breaths here to really grounding into this sense of safety and security,
Mother Earth.
And as you continue to breathe,
Her energy continues up your torso,
Up to your neck,
Simultaneously goes down your shoulders,
Down your arms,
Comes out of your chakras and your palms and your fingertips,
As it also continues up your neck,
Through your third eye and out your crown,
Creating a beautiful toroidal fountain that flows over your field,
Sends you into a deeper sense of safety,
Security.
And just allow that flow to continue to develop and grow.
As you breathe,
Melt into this.
At the same time,
Energy from the universe,
God,
Source,
All the celestial high beings,
Send a beam of energy down through the sun,
Down through your crown chakra,
Throughout your whole body,
Down your head,
Your neck,
Down your arms,
Not your fingertips,
Your palm chakras,
That continues down your torso,
Opening and activating all your chakras,
Down through the root,
Slowly down your legs,
Melt the soles of your feet,
That energy fountains back up around you.
So,
Now you have earth energy coming up through your,
And fountaining down around you,
The universal energy coming down,
Fountaining up around you,
And you're in the spherical flow,
This beautiful energetic field of safety,
Security,
Knowing that you're surrounded by so much love and so much light,
And all you have to do is breathe and melt into that.
And just stay here for as long as it feels good.
And whenever you're ready,
You can slowly bring yourself out of it.
Take your time and stay with it as long as it feels good,
As long as you need.
