What do you do with the emotions you've decided you "shouldn't" have? Whether it’s sudden rage, petty spite, or a nagging anxiety, our first instinct is usually to push the feeling away, distract ourselves, or judge ourselves harshly for experiencing it. But fighting the emotion often just anchors it deeper. In this short guided practice, you are invited to become the Buddha of your most unwanted feeling. Instead of trying to fix or banish it, you will practice radical permission, locating the physical sensation in your body, watching it change, and widening your awareness to hold it safely alongside your breath and surroundings. You’ll learn how to stop talking yourself out of your own human experience, discovering that when you simply watch a difficult feeling without judgment, it naturally morphs, shifts, and eventually passes away on its own.
