Welcome to another meditation of Sacred Alchemia.
Today we are gonna meditate about rage,
The sacredness of rage,
Of feeling the rage in a sacred space so you don't hurt yourself and you don't hurt anybody else outside.
Feeling your emotions is completely normal,
It's completely human and we get so many negative connotations about this emotion and it's very needed especially in these times right now,
A space where you get to feel it.
So we're gonna breathe,
We're gonna move,
We're gonna scream.
You can have a pillow close to you,
You can start sitting down or laying down however your body feels in this moment and just take care of yourself but feel all of it in this moment.
You are allowed to,
This is not a bad emotion,
This is not wrong for you to feel it,
This is necessary for you to express it in a way so you don't get it,
You don't give it to somebody else outside of yourself.
We're gonna start with a deep breath,
Hold and exhale.
Inhale through the nose and hold it and exhale through the mouth making a noise.
We're gonna start breathing a little faster through the nose and out the mouth.
Keep breathing and as you're breathing feel this electricity-like energy coming from the ground,
Coming all the way in into your legs,
Going up your legs from the tip of your toes,
All your legs to your internal organs where sexual energy is and it's gonna shoot up into the heart and it's gonna let you be open.
Keep breathing.
Feel it,
Feel the contraction of your body when you are not allowing it to feel the emotion.
Feel the expansion when you're allowed to just feel it and you may feel that you want to cry and that's okay and you may still feel contracted so breathe deeper into a space where you feel more contraction in your body and make a noise.
In the next inhale stay there and at the count of three you're gonna scream and you're want you to scream from the top of the heart of your lungs from the top of your ancient,
More ancient part of yourself.
One,
Two,
Three and scream.
There you go.
Even harder,
Even harder,
Even harder and keep inhaling and exhale.
I want you to scream again not only for yourself but what's happening in the world with the pains of the world when we live in an open space,
What's going on in the world,
The pains not only of us but of ancestors,
For the women that couldn't scream,
For the men that are not allowed to scream.
That's right.
Now keep moving and start moving your body.
Let your body move the way that your body needs to with every inhale.
Move your body,
Move your chest and keep making a noise whatever noise comes in.
Whatever comes in let it be,
Let it be in the rage,
Let it be in the feel and you can change positions if you need to lay down,
If you need to sit up,
If you need to grab a pillow and if you need to hit it but keep breathing.
Feel it.
You're allowed to feel it all.
You're a human living a human experience and you're allowed to feel this emotion.
You're feeling it in the sacred space.
You're allowing yourself to feel it.
Don't punish yourself.
Don't stop yourself.
Do not hurt yourself.
Be mindful of yourself and the sacredness of your body and your emotions.
They're not here to hurt you.
They're here to felt and they're here to be released.
So feel them and then release them.
Feel the rage.
Feel it.
Let it feel you.
Let it make you feel hot all through your body but then release it.
Now stay.
Stop breathing slowly through your nose.
Slowly open now.
What does it feel now?
You don't have to carry it.
You don't have to control it.
You need to feel it and then release it.
You feel your body less tense.
Maybe you still feel tightness in a part of your body.
Touch it and breathe really deep into it.
And give yourself thank you for allowing yourself to be human.
For allowing yourself to be open.
An open heart.
It's painful to be in this world with an open heart but it's necessary.
We need you open.
So we need you to create sacred spaces to feel the full spectrum of your humanness.
You do not have another second guaranteed in this world.
So be human.
Be open.
Feel all the spectrum of all your emotions.
Use this meditation as many times as you need.
Create the sacred space to feel it fully and then release it.
And whenever you're ready you can come back to the space.
