At times it can be easy to neglect our physical forms.

It can be a really dangerous pattern to fall into as we truly are housed in these body temples that need and deserve our attention.

So today I want to guide you through a practice of truly just relaxing your body,

Of allowing yourself to physically experience the world in a way that is delightful,

That is peaceful,

That is empowered.

So go ahead and find yourself in a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down,

And we'll begin.

Just beginning by relaxing the body however it feels good for you to do so.

You might shake off any stickiness.

You might breathe into any areas that feel tense.

And just notice that.

Notice any areas where tension is being held.

And where possible,

Breathe into it,

And then breathe out.

Breathe love into the spaces in your body that need it so much.

Breathe love into the spaces in your body that need healing or permission to be healed.

Breathe love into yourself.

Remember that you can fully support your body at any time,

Moving,

Shifting,

Taking care of your needs,

However you need to take care of your needs.

And from within this more relaxed space,

An invitation to call upon the power to invite in an animal spirit that wants to be with you right now to teach you a lesson about being embodied.

So notice who appears.

Notice what animal has something sweet to teach you about the power,

Power of your physical body.

Notice this animal's form.

Notice the way that they move throughout the world.

How do they get from place to place?

Is it on legs?

Is it on wings?

Is it on fins?

Just noticing.

And if you are familiar with shape-shifting practices,

You might choose here to shape-shift into the mirror of this animal.

Feel what it would be like if your body looked like theirs.

Animals teach us this beautiful lesson of stability.

They survive all the time from so many things that are outside of our human purview at this point,

But even when they survive something terrible,

They're able to come back to center and recharge their nervous system.

So whether you've shape-shifted to take on this animal form,

Or you're just observing from within your own beautiful body,

An invitation to begin connecting through the earth realm.

Feeling the power,

The vibrant energy of the earth realm.

This planet provides such beautiful energy.

How are you connected to the energy of the planet?

What do you have to learn about how you can be supported by the energy of this place?

Does this animal have anything to teach you about what's available here for you in this earth realm?

Is there any stickiness,

Any stuckness that can be shaken off with the help of this animal guide?

Begin to anchor down into the earth to feel that stability there.

The stability holding you,

Supporting you,

Cradling you,

Anchoring deep into the earth,

Deep,

Deep,

Deep down into the core.

Feeling that force that holds you in this physical experience from earth to the heavens,

From root to the third eye,

From physical to the spiritual,

From that which can be understood to that which seems more esoteric.

Know that you are embodied,

Know that you are capable of shaking it all off,

Know that you are capable of treating your body temple with the utmost respect,

Dignity,

Passion,

Courage,

And confidence.

Thank whatever animal spirit has shown up for you to show you something about a different way,

A different means of being here and being embodied.

Hopefully teaching you lessons about how there is no right or wrong,

Just what is individual.

And if you felt yourself taking on the form of this creature,

If you felt yourself shape-shifting at all,

Just allowing yourself to gently roll your shoulders,

Tune into your own physical body,

And begin to feel that transition coming back fully to yourself.

And regardless,

Coming fully back to yourself now with some gentle breath,

Once again focusing on relaxing the physical form,

Treating the self,

The body,

With so much tender care.

Checking in once again to see if there are any areas of tension,

If anything shifted from the beginning of this experience.

I just want to remind you,

Animals,

When they survive,

Come back to their center and recharge their nervous system,

Usually by shaking it out,

By going into the safety of their dens,

By tuning into whatever they need,

Right?

They are needs forward.

So how can you embody that energy of being needs forward,

Of putting yourself first,

Of connecting to the abundance that's here in the earth realm?

May the answers come easily for you.

So just take in your space when you're ready,

Looking around,

Turning from side to side,

Looking up and down,

Sweeping the gaze,

Coming back to center with a nice deeply embodied breath.
