When you feel scared and insecure.

When inside your soul moans.

When you feel challenged to the core.

Know that you're not alone.

Beneath the pain one thing remains.

Though saboteurs are twisting.

That constant presence stays the same.

The sage in you is listening.

When you feel troubled and in doubt.

When you are overwhelmed.

Your higher self is still about.

Invite her to the helm.

She knows and loves you and that's for sure.

She reassures you home.

When you feel challenged to the core.

Trust that you're not alone.
