Hi,

My name is Sampoorna.

I'm a Heal Your Life teacher trainer for India.

Welcome to this year long series in honour of Louise Hay,

Initiated by Ratna Centre for Conscious Living.

Enjoy a daily two minute bite by a Heal Your Life teacher.

Louise Hay says that forgiving ourselves and others releases us from the past.

It dissolves fear,

Guilt,

Hurt,

Anger and resentment.

When we are stuck,

It usually means there's some forgiving to be done.

Love is always the answer to healing of any sort and the pathway to love is forgiveness.

Please close your eyes,

Breathe in,

Breathe out and just take in my words.

In the infinity of life where I am,

All is perfect,

Whole and complete.

It is easier for me to forgive than I thought.

I forgive everyone.

I forgive myself.

I forgive all past experiences.

Forgiving is a gift to myself.

Forgiving everyone and myself,

I feel light,

I feel free.

All is well in my world and so it is.

Whenever you're ready,

You can open your eyes and come back to the space.
