Hello,

Thank you for joining me today.

Underneath the daily noise,

There is always silence.

Allow me to guide you there.

Silence is not empty.

Silence is healing.

Silence is freedom.

In silence,

There is no dialogue,

No judgments,

No need for validation.

Silence gives permission to be real.

Silence reveals the self within.

Silence will hold you just as you are.

Let's get settled to our seat.

Lift the rib cage up and straighten the spine.

Allow the skin on the forehead to relax while the eyes soften.

Release any tension around the jaw.

Let your arms relax as you keep the hands on the legs.

Let's take a welcoming deep breath for our practice.

Take a deep breath in and slide out through the mouth.

Now transition back to your natural pace of the breath.

Make an intention for the practice.

An intention to be here with an open mind and heart.

Now if it's comfortable,

Close the eyes or gaze down towards the earth.

Become aware of the moving breath.

Stay here with the connection to the breath.

Feeling that breath underneath the skin.

Allowing the breath to guide you in.

Continue to move from one breath to the next breath.

Allow each breath to guide you inwards like taking small steps.

Connect to this smooth transition inwards.

The mind is in.

Honours this journey inwards by anchoring to the breath.

Each breath guiding you into the breath.

Moving from the silence on the surface to the inner deep silence.

This inner deep silence that resides in the core of our being.

The mind is absorbed into the silence.

The body is absorbed into the silence.

In this silence you return to who you are.

The mind is absorbed into the silence.

Filled with love and radiating light.

Experience this moment,

A reconnection to yourself.

In this deep silence meeting yourself.

Yourself that is pure light and pure love.

Linger here in this light and love.

Continue to stay here.

You are here.

You are here.

You are here.

You are here.

You are here.

Immersing yourself in this light and love.

Healing anything that's not serving.

Continue to let that light and love expand.

Now gently begin to move from that inner deep space to the surface.

And the space you are in.

Let's take one more deep inhale.

And exhale out.

And again,

Take one more deep breath.

And exhale out.

Open your eyes.

And with a soft gaze,

Observe what's around you.

No matter what the outer experience,

Know that from deep within lies that inner silence.

The silence that holds you.

The silence that holds the healing.

The silence that holds the love and light.

Bring your palms together in front of the heart.
