My name is Sangeet,

And today I am speaking about three essential aspects that are part of the process of not only manifesting our wishes,

But also living a general happy life.

These aspects are called thoughts,

Words,

And actions.

Even if we are not so conscious of our own thoughts,

Words,

And actions,

Still we can tell that these are quite important in many ways.

They carry a strong capacity to direct and to redirect our lives in a quick blink of an eye.

Have you ever noticed how someone reacts when you give them a compliment?

What if you judge them?

There is a big difference,

Right?

One gives you a smile,

The other gives you tears,

Complete different repercussions.

Thoughts,

Words,

And actions are the three main things to have in mind when we want to create a better life for ourselves.

Knowing how they are interconnected and what to do about it is the key,

And I am about to share it with you.

First of all,

We start replacing or rephrasing our limited beliefs.

This can be done by paying attention to our negative thoughts and consciously affirming the opposite.

Thoughts are inner conversations,

So all we have to do is to switch to a happier talk every time we catch ourselves holding on to heavier thoughts.

Because thoughts are directly related to feelings and emotions,

Another simple way to do this is to pay attention to how we feel.

If the feeling is bad,

Then we replace the thought.

Words are extremely powerful,

So in case the thought is negative,

We can verbalize one or several positive ones out loud,

And we can also write them down for an even better result.

Second,

We continuously reassure our positive beliefs by internally or externally repeating them and by adding new ones,

Especially those that are followed by the words I am,

Such as I am powerful or I am healthy.

We can do this through inner talks,

Through verbalized self-talks,

And through audible repeated affirmations,

Which automatically enter our mind and become part of our vibration.

Then naturally,

We also choose to have better talks with others,

In which we express the best instead of the worst.

Third,

We fearlessly follow and apply our intuition,

That inner voice that always knows the way and that sometimes scares us,

Because it is sincere and totally guided by love.

This is crucial,

It gives us tips and instructions for action.

We are not looking for forcing action,

Instead we are looking for inspiring one,

The type of action that easily puts us in the right places at the right time.

For this,

We meditate,

We go to nature,

We apply what brings us to a state of relaxation and of allowance,

So we can receive the guidance that we need.

These three steps are not separated and they don't have a specific order,

They go hand in hand with each other all day,

Every day.

They are the dictators of our realities and they become magical tools when we become conscious of their nature and of their power.

So today,

Let's pay attention to our thoughts,

Words and actions and let's align all of them with our true Divine Essence.

Let's transform our lives into a joyful,

Peaceful place where all of our beautiful dreams come true.
