Hi,
My name is Sarah.
We all face moments in life where decisions feel overwhelming,
Where the mind races and doubts cloud our vision.
This meditation is here to guide you back to your inner knowing,
To help you release mental chatter and connect with a deep wisdom that already resides within you.
By shifting from overthinking to feeling,
By coming back to your body and yourself,
You will discover the answer that aligns with your soul's truth.
So let's begin.
Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can fully arrive in the present moment.
If it feels safe for you,
Gently close your eyes and allow your body to soften.
Feel yourself grounding into the present,
Releasing all distractions and inviting stillness into your being.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.
With each inhale,
Invite in peace and clarity.
With each exhale,
Release tension,
Doubt and fear.
Breathe deeply once more,
Allowing your awareness to settle into the space of pure presence where all answers reside.
Now bring into your awareness the situation in your life where you are seeking guidance,
Where you need answers.
Now envision one path before you,
One choice you could take in that situation.
And I want you to ask your higher self,
If I choose this path,
How does my soul respond?
Rather than thinking,
Simply feel the answers that come up for you.
Allow your heart to guide you.
Does this choice expand your energy,
Fill you with lightness and joy?
Or do you sense resistance,
Heaviness or tension?
Now take a deep,
Cleansing breath in and as you exhale,
Shift your awareness to the alternate path,
The alternate choice.
Step into this reality right now in your mind's eye and feel its essence.
What arises within you?
Do you sense harmony,
Ease and flow?
Or does your soul whisper a quiet hesitation?
Take a moment now to reflect on the following questions with an open heart.
Which path fills your spirit with peace,
Light and expansion?
Which choice stirs discomfort,
Uncertainty or tension within you?
Did you find yourself unconsciously holding your breath at any point?
Trust the wisdom that emerges,
For your soul always knows the way.
The path that feels like home to your heart is your truth,
Your choice to make.
And as you move forward,
Whenever doubt arises,
Simply return to your breath,
Return to yourself and ask,
How does this feel within my soul?
You can let these following words anchor you.
I trust my inner guidance,
My heart knows the way.
I surrender to divine wisdom and align with my highest path.
I am safe to feel,
To listen and to follow my soul's calling.
Take a moment to fully embody this clarity you feel right now.
You are safe,
You are held and you are divinely guided.
And as you slowly bring your awareness back to the present,
You can gently wiggle your fingers and toes,
Take one final deep breath in and sigh it out.
And whenever you feel ready,
Gently open up your eyes,
Stretch out anything that needs to be stretched and carry this deep clarity and sense of ease with you into your day.
