Across three short, guided sessions, you’ll learn practical mindfulness and self-connection tools that help you build emotional awareness, inner safety, and presence in daily life. In this course, you will learn how to: - Develop emotional awareness through gentle inner child-focused practices - Cultivate a sense of inner safety using grounding and mindful attention - Build a compassionate inner dialogue that supports emotional regulation - Integrate short reflective practices into your daily routine Each lesson combines a brief guided mindfulness practice with simple reflection prompts to support integration. The course is intended as a self-exploration and well-being practice, not as therapy or medical treatment.
