Welcome to the Heart Portal Meditation.
Today we will be journeying through the heart chakra,
Creating a portal of infinite love,
Unconditional love,
Compassion and joy.
Start by getting comfortable,
Laying down with your chest open and your arms at your side or above your head,
Whatever is most comfortable for you.
Dropping now into the space,
Making any last minute adjustments before we come into stillness.
Beginning to receive the natural flow of your breath just as it is,
With no need to change,
Adjust or shift anything.
Just allowing that breath to become an anchor to the present moment,
Letting those thoughts float away,
And if you find them resurfacing,
Just gently bringing yourself back to stillness with your next breath,
Continuing to receive your breath's natural rhythm and flow,
Exploring any areas of tension held within the body and inviting those areas to soften with each exhale,
Like sinking down into a warm spa,
Releasing into the support beneath you,
Consciously softening your muscles,
Your joints,
Your bones,
Just melting away.
Sending your gaze upwards now,
Noticing a white light shimmering from above.
Begin to draw down a beam of white light from this source of light in through the top of your head,
Filling your head and your face,
Letting the light move into your neck and shoulders now,
Through your arms,
Elbows,
And hands,
Feeling it move now into your heart space,
Going deep into your rib cage,
Your lungs,
Your stomach,
Filling in all those nooks and crannies with light,
Creating a sense of warmth and lightness,
Sending this light now to move into your hips,
Your thighs,
Your calves,
And your feet,
Now sending this light traveling deep into the ground,
Straight through the earth,
Traveling deep until it reaches the center of mother earth,
Connecting in with her wisdom and energy,
And feeling the earth meet you with her own light,
An offer of loving support,
And drawing her energy back up through your body to the center of your heart,
Connecting your heart space now with both beams of light from above and below,
Inviting in the highest vibration from source,
Vibrating at highest rate from pure consciousness,
And allowing this light to begin swirling inside the center of your heart,
Creating a vortex of energy as it accelerates,
Forming a portal,
Lean forward into the portal now,
And allow yourself to journey inside of it,
Looking around to see what's above you,
Below you,
To your left and to your right,
As you cross through the quantum infinite timelines of existence,
Perhaps there are some spirit guides joining you on this journey,
Past or future versions of yourself,
Or your higher self,
Continue to travel until you reach a large glowing crystalline cave,
Formed with green crystals,
The walls are tall and cavernous,
It is warm and safe here,
Quiet and calm,
On the far side of the cave you see a single door,
Radiating beautiful energy,
This is the entrance to your heart chakra,
As you begin to walk towards it,
You feel yourself becoming more attuned to the energy of love and healing that surrounds you,
And once you reach the door,
Speak your intention for journeying today,
You open the door and step out into a beautiful lush forest,
A sanctuary nestled deep within your heart,
A place of deep love,
Compassion,
And total harmony,
The path ahead is lined with vibrant flowers and lush greenery,
The sun is warm on your skin as a gentle breeze brushing against your face,
You can smell the earth,
The moss,
And the dew in the forest,
As you walk along the path until you find yourself standing in front of a giant red lotus flower,
There is a warm and comforting energy emanating from it,
The petals are radiating a soft inviting light,
Take a moment to observe the intricate beauty of this lotus,
All of the delicate details that so closely mirror your own,
And as you continue to explore,
You see that there are 12 petals,
And each petal represents the divine qualities of the heart,
Love,
Compassion,
Unity,
Kindness,
And forgiveness,
Find the petal that resonates with the healing that you need today,
And step forward to touch it,
Feel the energy of the petal as it forms an immediate connection to your heart chakra,
Resonating into the deepest parts of your being,
Allowing this energy to resonate within you,
And show you the path towards the healing that you need today,

When you've received the message,
Slowly climb onto the lotus now,
And lie down in the soft center,
With each breath,
Allowing the energy of the lotus to infuse with your entire being,

Until you're fully absorbed into the center of the lotus,
Together as one,
Feeling a sense of expansion and opening within your heart,
And within this space,
You find the core of your soul is always at peace,
The sanctuary where love is all that is,
And all that ever will be,
Allowing any blockages in your heart now to dissolve here,
And be replaced by the radiant light and love that the lotus gives,
Soaking in this feeling,

That extends not just your physical body,

Spilling love out into every direction of time and space,
Rippling through every timeline,
Everything that was and ever will be,
And the possibilities of our existence,
And staying here for a moment,
Taking a few moments now to silently express your gratitude for this journey within,
And for the healing energy you've received from the universe,
And for you for taking this time for yourself,
