Welcome to a journey through the chakras.
The chakras are energy centers of an intricate energy system within your body,
Your being and your consciousness.
If you don't know what the chakras are,
Don't worry.
Don't try to consciously perceive this.
Just allow your higher or your inner self to provide you with the answers to move you forward.
Make sure you're in a comfortable seated position with your spine straight.
To begin,
Imagine you have a stream connected to your spine and someone is standing over you and gently pulling on that stream.
Allow your body to relax as each vertebrae aligns and straightens.
This is relaxing you.
It's clearing the line of communication between yourself right here,
Right now,
Connected to the present moment and your divine,
Unconditionally loving and blissful self above or within.
However you perceive it,
It's absolutely perfect.
Today we will be moving up onto the next chakra,
The heart chakra.
The heart chakra is also known as Anahata chakra.
Society likes to see the heart as a lock,
As though it was a doorway that could be unlocked.
The world tells you that there is a wall you can put up,
But what the heart really is is a vibrant,
Green jungle.
As you come forth on this journey into your heart,
Only do so when you're ready to navigate its lining pathways.
So sitting here with your spine straight,
The sun shines on you and it feeds the beautiful grass growing at your feet.
We call upon the power of the eternally loving Mother Earth to help this grass grow roots deep into her soil.
And as that happens we grow taller and taller,
Much like a tree stretching its branches towards the sky.
The heart chakra is our tether between the earth below and the cosmos above.
And as Alice in Wonderland did once upon a time,
Let us go upside down,
If just for a moment.
Now you may want to lay down or you might just want a picture in your mind.
Whatever feels right is absolutely perfect.
Your heart chakra is so pure.
It's so pure that any low vibrational energy can be transformed into higher,
Lighter energy.
So move your body and your mind with intention.
By doing so you can turn those dense energies below into pure energies as they reach your heart.
Remember,
You must tend to this jungle.
You must keep it in balance.
So every time someone comes and takes something from the jungle or leaves something behind,
Remember a jungle is growing and always infinite.
Even if the jungle was reduced down to its last little seedling,
It could still grow back again,
Perhaps even bigger and more resilient than ever before.
People,
Places,
Animals,
Things will call this jungle home.
So rest assured that you know that this jungle only survives because you exist.
Imagine how wild this jungle could grow if you let it while you live and breathe,
Create,
Communicate,
Experience and love unconditionally.
How dense would it be?
What would it look like?
What lives there?
What kind of flowers bloom?
Has someone come in,
Taken a little too much?
Or have they left something behind that you no longer want there?
Know that your jungle will either fill the holes with love or it will grow and encompass anything left behind.
Mother Earth is so kind and powerful.
She can be scary sometimes,
But she's always forgiving.
She always grows and shifts,
Transforming no matter what she is given.
She remains rooted like the tree,
But ponders all that is above with a gentle curiosity.
So like Mother Earth,
The heart chakra reminds us that love is overflowing and it will always be rooted deep within us.
So like Mother Earth,
We can keep on giving because there will always be more.
So stop for a moment and think about what you're grateful for and while you do,
Imagine your heart overflowing into the world,
Much like a fountain that pours right back into itself.
So stop for a moment and think about what you're grateful for and while you do,

Mother Earth loves you just for being alive.
Doesn't that make your heart sing?
So feel safe here to surrender,
Because you are safe,
Loved and guided.
Always.
You are now present.
Namaste.
Thank you for being here.
I love you unconditionally.
Namaste.
