Welcome to this meditation called Grounding and Connecting with Nature.

I'm Sarasinna Croce and I'll guide you through this practice today.

I'm recording this on a rainy day from my home office in Switzerland.

This meditation is part of a course called The Swiss Secret,

As always,

Find a comfortable position,

Whether that's seated or lying down,

And then gently close your eyes if that feels safe.

And let's start by bringing our awareness to the senses.

Notice the sounds around you,

The sensations on your skin,

And the support of the surface beneath you.

Feel the force of gravity grounding you,

Connecting you to this world.

Notice yourself feeling heavier and heavier.

And now focus your attention on your chest,

Where your heart and heart chakra are.

There in the center of your thorax,

You feel a beautiful flower.

This flower,

A rose maybe,

Is still closed right now.

And as you connect with this rose,

Your rose,

And bring your attention to it,

You feel it opening more and more.

Slowly,

Pedal by pedal,

And pedal by pedal,

The energy of the heart is released.

This beautiful heart energy diffuses throughout your body,

From your chest,

To your belly button,

Your solar plexus chakra,

To your hip,

Your pelvis,

Sliding down your legs,

All the way to your feet,

Until it reaches every tip of your toes.

Wiggle your toes just a tiny bit now.

And now imagine small roots growing out of your toes and your feet.

Down,

Down,

And down.

To connect deeply with the center of the earth.

They go down very,

Very deeply,

Even deeper,

To the center of the earth.

And there you feel the energy,

The strength,

And the regenerative ability,

Life-giving energy,

Confidence,

And abundance of the earth.

And you start to notice how this mother earth energy slowly starts to rise up,

Along your legs,

To your pelvis,

And finally settling in your abdomen.

Feel the strength,

The permanence,

Regeneration,

And abundance.

All symbols of mother earth settling in your belly.

The energy then descends into your arms,

Your upper arm,

Then your lower arm,

And finally your hands,

All the way to your fingertips.

And it also rises up to your neck,

Your chin,

Your cheeks,

And finally your entire head.

You feel fully supported and accompanied by the earth.

And now imagine yourself standing on a mountaintop in Switzerland.

The air is crisp and fresh.

And as you take a deep breath,

You feel it filling your lungs with vitality.

All around you,

Majestic peaks stretch into the horizon,

Their snow-capped tops glistening under the sunlight.

And below,

Serene lakes reflect the sky,

Shimmering like mirrors.

Shimmering like mirrors.

As you stand there,

You feel both small and profoundly connected to the vastness of mother earth.

The grandeur of the mountains,

The stillness of the lakes,

And the endless sky above remind you that you are a part of something much greater.

Feel the wind gently caressing your face,

Carrying with you a sense of calm and clarity.

With each breath,

You draw in this feeling of connection,

Of being deeply grounded and yet limitless.

You are one with the earth,

One with nature,

And one with the universe.

Embrace this feeling of unity and hold it within your heart,

Knowing that you are always connected,

Always supported,

No matter where you are.

Slowly,

Start to bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Wiggle your fingers and toes gently and notice the sensation of the support beneath you.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Carrying this deep sense of connection and peace with you as you continue your day.
