Welcome to this meditation to cultivate your artistic soul.

I'm Sara Senecroce and I'll be your guide today.

This meditation is part of a course called Not Only for Mornings,

Seven Rituals to Feel More Grounded.

So if you'd like to bring more rituals into your life,

You'll find it under my courses tab.

Alright,

Let's get started.

Begin by finding a comfortable position and then gently close your eyes if that feels safe for you.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Let go of any tension in your body.

Let's do that again.

Inhale and exhale.

Now imagine yourself as a child,

Full of wonder and curiosity.

Really bring that visual into your mind's eye.

You have no worries,

No responsibilities,

Just endless time to explore and create.

Now picture yourself in a place that you loved as a child,

Where you felt safe and free.

Visualize this place vividly,

Recalling every detail.

Maybe it's where you escaped from the adult world.

Now in this special place,

See yourself engaging in an activity that brought you joy.

What did you love to do with your hands?

Feel the texture of the materials in your hands and remember the delight and satisfaction you felt while creating.

As you immerse yourself in this memory,

Feel the freedom and creativity flowing through you.

There are no rules in creativity,

No right or wrong,

Only the joy of creation.

Let yourself fully enjoy this moment,

Reconnecting with the pure,

Unburdened spirit of your childhood self.

And now,

Affirm to yourself,

I am a creator,

I have a purpose,

I make a difference.

Feel the truth of these words resonating within you,

Empowering you to pursue your dreams with passion and creativity.

Take a deep breath,

Anchoring this feeling of joy and purpose within you.

We live in a time where creativity is what will save our world.

To solve the challenges we face,

We must tap into our imagination and innovation.

We need to reimagine what it means to be human,

To find new ways to connect,

Create and contribute.

That's why nurturing our right brains,

The seat of creativity,

Intuition and empathy is so essential.

So finding your creative soul is not just a personal journey,

But a collective one.

By embracing our creative selves,

We can inspire others to do the same,

Leading a more compassionate and innovative world.

Imagine now taking this rediscovered joy and applying it to your current life.

See yourself creating something beautiful,

Whether it's a piece of art,

A project or an act of kindness.

Feel the same freedom and happiness you felt as a child,

Flowing through you as you bring your vision to life.

Just let this sink in.

And now bring your awareness back to your breath and just allow your body to breathe for you with no effort whatsoever.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Carrying the love,

Light and creative spirit of your inner child with you.

Remember your artistic soul is always within reach.

Ready to cultivate beauty and meaning in the world around you.

Thank you so much for joining me today.

Again,

If you like this creativity ritual,

Then I also have a course called Not Only for Mornings,

7 Rituals to Feel More Grounded.

You'll find it under my courses tab.

I look forward to connecting with you there.

Have a great,

Creative and artistic day.
